Requested to modify the Expedia booking which was accepted by Expedia as well as Hotel but once we arrived at the reception, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms unless they get the emails from Expedia.
that was quite unhelpful specially after a long journey.

Definitely a nice place to stay. They are not big on checking in early. I visited in mid-July. Even when I returned to check in after, I had to wait and was given a room next to the elevator which is not ideal since it gets loud. Room was very clean and comfortable with black out curtains. No view. Same for my friend who stayed on a different floor - same room, different side, no view but nice room. Staff were on and off. Some friendly, some awkward. I really liked the location. I don’t like to stay in central areas. I prefer off center in clean and less touristy but nice more local neighborhoods. Lovely neighborhood. Ubers and taxis did take a while the 3x I tried during the weekend.

It was a great hotel .. a must try :) but the communication with the staf was difficult . The check in and out was by phone and as a traveller its not that easy with out wifi .. but other than that the place was great and imaginary :))
