"Everything about this property was excellent. The home and yard were immaculately clean. We could have eaten off any surface. Communication with Tracey and Ed was clear, informative, and kind. Check-in was smooth and simple. I met them in person and had a lovely conversation. There were so many special touches they prepared for us. - a toilet paper bow on the toilet- the kitchen towels folded into a bow in the kitchen- a little Jesus in the living room- books to read- coffee, filters, and other amenities- the bathroom mat in the master was so plush - lighted makeup mirror and makeup tableWe had seven ladies who stayed and every person praised the home and comfort. There were many places to sit and visit. Honestly, I wish I had a reason to come back and stay. I can’t recommend it enough."

"I had my Golden Birthday Party at this house and it was super cute and clean! It looks small on the outside, but very spacious on the inside! It’s located in an old neighborhood but this house was one of the only updated houses around! It was updated on the outside and the inside. "

"Air conditioner wasn't working making our room 75 degrees. Exhaust fan in bathroom never worked. Hotel had a musty smell or cigarette smell. Washer and Dryer are so old that that they barely did the job. Dryer was the worse. Always had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. Garbage was not taken one day. Just plain out disgusting hotel."

"This house is very minimal. It is not inviting, when you arrive the yard is unkept with dirty front door. Inside the house it was stale smelling and no kind of deco items to make you feel welcome. The sectional is broke in 2 different places. There was only 4 bath towels so not everyone had a clean towel to use at shower time. The beds are not comfortable at all, very - very hard. This property is described to have a hot tub. I emailed and ask if the hot tub would be avaliable and if there was a coffee pot. My answer from property owner was "Yes and Yes". But.. there is no hot tub or coffee pot! I consider this false advertisement. The back yard has trash all through it and very unkept. I have rented several VRBO properties but this is the worst that I have ever rented. The source of communication I had was the cleaning lady phone to text, I texted her on my arrival day, she forwarded it to the property owner but I need not receive an answer at all. "
