"I was told that I had the left hand room and spent 15 minutes on the street trying to get in only to discover it was the right hand room. I had no contact tel number to assist in resolving this. The bedding was inadequate for the temperature of the room which took a long time to heat up. The shower was at best luke warm.Frankly, I think I deserve some refund. Also, the picture shown left on this survey and which appeared on the advertising for the room has nothing to do with the immediate location"

"The Milking Parlour is excellent holiday accommodation. Warm & comfortable, well equipped, in a peaceful, rural location and with excellent friendly hosts. It is along a quiet, country lane, far enough along to be away from traffic, but not so far as to be a difficult section of scary bends and tight squeezes. An A road is really close by, to get you to where you want to go. There is a pub within walking distance, shops are only a short drive away and there are plenty of places to visit in the area. There is a charger for electric vehicles."

"Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when I’m in the area. "

"Really loved this property.It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a much needed break.Kitchen was fully stocked on everything you needed as a cook. The size and shape meant people could do their own thing too. Location in the countryside was outstanding which meant you had no neighbours. Llandysul, the local town was very close by for a walk and pint.Loved by everyone...."
