"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience "

"Lovely hotel close to Rethymno old town (about a 15 minute walk). Staff were friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very modern which we liked and the pool was a good temperature and great for when it was hot during the day. Would recommend if your planning to go to Rethymno "

"The hotel has the most amazing staff, the food is great and the location is just a great peaceful hideout from the city... Highly recommended. We took the cave suite with private pool in june, it was quiet and nice and nearly no one gets near the suite expect for the cleaning lady! Great for our honey moon"

"Beautiful and clean with all the amenities. The pool and design is sleek and an amazing area to spend your days. The beach is a private direct access! This is special for this area because many of the resorts are separated by a street. We stayed in a basic room and it was still lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so KIND! You can walk from the resort to the city easily or there are also public buses. We didn’t do the included dinner and I ended up loving this decision as it allowed us to enjoy our days at the resort and explore a bit to new restaurants in the evening. WOULD RECOMMEND!!"

"The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."
