"This hotel was OK. We were in the building across from the main building so we had to walk across the parking lot for breakfast. Room was kinda dirty and the smoke detectors were not attached to the ceiling. "

"We went to visit TT for the first time and we decided in the embassy suites because they are pet friendly and we had our dog, we are also a family of 5 so we need more space and the fact that they have separate areas is a plus for us. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They free breakfast was also great, and the courtesy drinks for the happy hour were great. Property it’s not new and you can tell as soon you step in but we had a good time. "

"First time gettin a suite. Need a kitchen, but couldn't use it. According to a night employee, we can't use the stove. The kitchen is not stock with appliances or dishes. The bathtub has pink slime on the edges. "

"Rooms very nice, loved the indoor pool area, breakfast is amazing & restocked quickly as needed, staff very helpful & courteous. Overall cleanliness outstanding. Definitely a great place to stay & would highly recommend!! "

"Rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was great and there was a supper buffet as well. Complimentary popcorn was an added bonus! Will stay here again if we ever visit Amarillo again."

"Terrible place false advertising its bot even called baymont its westair something like that staff was soo rude and teriyaki didnt let me check in wanted me to repay my room but thankfully i was able to get a refund because of other people the hotel staff never answered "
