Poor management
When we showed up there was a mouse tray with a dead chipmunk & mouse on it! The outdoor hot tub had a dead chipmunk in and was green with all sorts of growth in it when they advertised it ready to go, im a plumber and have delt with hot tubs in the past so i emptied it and started fresh so that we could use it! Cobb webbs everywhere, spiders all through the cabin. There was a chewed up decon betwen the stove and the cabinetry, There was only one door door that would close with the regular door knobb, all the rest you would have to either prop closed with a pair of shoes or dead bolt it to get it to stay closed, terrible place! Would not recommend what so ever!

Disappointed
VRBO provided no contact, no code, basically no help whatsoever. Home not represented well, shower upstairs non usable. Beds horrible, could not use hot tub, oven didn’t work, icy stairs getting in. Could not get in the first day, due to no directions and snowy weather. One night lost. Left early one night, due to poor sleep and reasons above

Wonderful Christmas Vacation
We booked this house for a Christmas vacation! We loved it. It was very clean, kids loved their own space and playing outside. We would definitely come back again!

Great Cabin we will be back!
The Cabin is surrounded with Aspens and other trees...which makes it so relaxing. Every morning we woke up to Does and fawns to look at. We have been coming to Panguitch for the last 35 years, staying in various Cabing, but this was the best location... We will be coming back!

Very Nice
When we first arrived. We picked up a lot of dead flies. Which is a good thing because they cared enough to air the house out and put a bug bomb. Which made the stay bug free. It was so clean and well kept up. We had no problems or complaints. Everyone slept great. Fishing was awesome. I would recommend staying here and we would stay again. Definitely a nice place

Annual fathers day trip
This trip was a little different because of the constant wind, weird weather. But we still made the most of an unbelievable place. We are already looking forward to next year.

PROS and CONS
PROS: Great cabin in the woods. Views are beautiful. Size and bedrooms are good. Easy check-in and check-out. CONS: Hot tub not available. Internet was very slow. 1 washcloth in the entire house. No regular coffeemaker, Keurig and espresso maker only. No dish drain for washed dishes. No foil for leftovers and very few containers for food.
