"Property was off the beaten track but close enough to everything. Room was great and the owners were lovely. They were there if needed but left you to enjoy your time."

"The Beachhouse is conveniently just beside the Ceres bus stop and after our journey from Cebu city, we were able to check into an oasis for three days. Tim and Ann made us very welcome to their resort with four modern, luxury rooms overlooking a swimming pool and the sea beyond. Tim arranged for habal habal drivers to take us for a day out in the hills on the back of motorbikes where we visited a fabulous waterfall where we could swim as well as Osmena Peak. Tim chatted each day about options...

"Very friendly staff and the owner , Cheryl , was very nice and accommodating. The place is lovely. We lived in the upper floor and had the veranda and ‘sky bar’ for ourselves! We will definitely come back . Only setback is the short rocky road drive to the place. Otherwise a real As haven in tagbilaran. "

"Great little spot! Perfect location - <5 min walk to beach and Main Street, and yet on a very quiet road away from the bustle. Owner is very nice and extra accommodating, and she has 2 dogs that are the sweetest! "

"The owners were absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. We stayed here a couple days and every night they arranged to have us taken in to town for dinner and picked up and taken back again and helped us with catching buses when we left. They also arranged our Whale Shark experience with the same tricycle driver who ensured that we were in the right place at the right time (something that may have been quite daunting if we were on our own). Their generosity will not be forgotten, thank you."

"Everything was perfect! As many other commented, it is further to Alona Beach than some other hotels but that's what makes it so great. It's very quiet no noises at night and it's very quick to walk to Alona Beach. "

"The place is very clean! Needs bigger TV and lots of bathroom tissue and paper towels."

"Property was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and beach out front. The only downside was the leaky shower and toilet in primary upstairs bedroom. Also we had to wait an hour for them to get house ready. However, they were very nice and hospitable. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for a big group. We only wish we could've stayed longer."
