The room had a wall mural that had been hand painted and gave the space style. The air conditioner not getting cold, roosters and dogs constantly making noises were the only draw backs to the property. If you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine. "

"Firstly the hotel falsely advertised the appearance of its beach. I booked the hotel because it showed direct access to the beach, and I wanted a pristine view and place in the sand. But when I got there there is a wall and you must climb down some steps. I think they posted an old picture before the wall existed. When I asked about the wall and why the view didn’t look like the picture they recommended I go to a hotel fifteen mins walk away for a better beach, which was absurd because I have a young infant. The reason I booked the hotel in the first place was so I didn’t have to leave because the view and access was perfect. Now they took the picture down after I flagged to them it was false advertising. Secondly, my husband and I found that the hotel was constantly filthy, day and night. Public toilets never seemed clean, even first thing in the morning. Floors at the restaurant were never mopped, I always noticed at breakfast that there was so much dirt on the floor. Surfaces around the hotel like doors, windows, floors, tables, etc. always had dirt and fingerprints. Didn’t seem like a four star hotel. Also the pool had so many missing tiles, not sure why they didn’t replace them. The pool bar did too and had a wire sticking out to the point that I grazed my arm. In saying this the staff were very kind always but the standard of the hotel wasn’t like the pictures. "

"Beautiful Resort with amazing staff, pools, rooms and restaurants. Located probably in the best area of town and the island. The only downfall is the noise from other inconsiderate guest. Rooms aren’t completely soundproof through doors but between rooms are good. Had very inconsiderate guests above banging heels and moving furniture throughout the whole night, and that we had to report many times. Had families next to us which we didn’t hear except when they were having fun in the pool, and we didn’t mind that at all. Would stay again and booked to try the other Henann in over a month. "

"The location was great and the pool and amenities were excellent...very good restaurant and convenient for shopping and to the beach. The beds were a little to firm but otherwise a great place to stay"
