Real disappointed

Second time at this resort...first time was great! This time...No bottled water in room, TV was the size of my phone,Food was terrible at restaurant and no toilet sprinkler. Gardens a beautiful...hats off to the gardener! I stay at many hotels in Philippines this one needs to step it up to be a real 8.2/10 A real disappointment...will not go back.

很放鬆的一個度假村，中間就是游泳池，旁邊都有躺椅！從早上到晚上的感覺都很棒！也有個餐廳酒吧在旁邊！離海邊蠻近的！很值得來這住宿！

가격 대비 마음에는 듦. 방이 넓고 시원하고 정말 좋았음. 주방 시설도 되어 있음. 하지만 냄비 등은 주방 시설 사용할 수 없음. 레스토랑은 음식도 맛있음. 특히 햄버거 등 가격도 저렴 아로나비치에서 거래가 좀 멀음. 1.5~2km 수영장 물이 깊어서 (2m 이상 되는 것 같음). 아이들이 놀기 어려움 직원들이 친절하지 않음. 제일 문제.. 1시 드랍 차량 예약 했으나, 차량 준비 안되어 있고 3번 정도 이야기 하니 그때서야 준비하고 출발함.

A hotel with potential but not there yet

Firstly, the positives. The rooms are quite decent with a big bed, lovely grounds and a good pool. The bar area is a nice place for a drink after a day of sight seeing. Unfortunately there are a few negatives that need to be pointed out. We booked an apartment with a large bed and two twin beds. Apparently this is an advertising error as there is only one bed and a sofa. I would not recommend the restaurant. Very over priced with poor quality food that took over an hour to be served. I would recommend taking the 5 minute trike ride into Alina for any meals, although you may need to walk a few hundred meters to the main road to find a trike... an interesting experience at night! Finally, the staff were disappointing. Not particularly helpful or friendly. So, overall, a nice looking hotel at a great price with loads of potential, but with still a bit of work to do first.

인생최악의 호텔

싼게 비지떡이라는 말이 잘 맞는 호텔 비치에서 조금 떨어져있어 조용할꺼라는 생각에 예약 주인이 독일인인데 엄청 무례하고 불친절하다 다른 필리핀직원들도 전부 딱딱하고 형식적임 필리핀에 3개월이상 있었지만 이런곳은 처음봄 가격 이하의 리조트 방은 매일 정리해주지만 수건은 안갈아주는 리조트

Tv did not work. If you're lucky enough to get wifi in your room, it is slow at best. Usually disconnects in the early evening and doesn't work again til the next day. There were several days I came back and had strangers lounging outside my room trying to connect to the wifi. Shower has no water pressure, just a slow drip from the shower head and randomly shuts off. Food is very over priced. But the Bed was comfy. People were friendly. Gardens were beautiful. A/c worked well. I will stay here again

Best quality/price

Perfect combination of good price and good quality. Not so expensive and very comfortable. Place is calm even though not too far from the beach (20 pesos by moto-taxi for 2 pax, 3 min). WiFi is easily jammed late afternoon when everyone is coming back to hotel but not so disturbing during vacation time :)

Friendly and quiet place

Friendly and helpful staff. nice, clean, small & quiet resort. The neighborhood felt a little rough and you need a motor bike to get to places. It is not that far to walk but the traffic on the roads is hectic and it is very warm to walk.

Perfect stay

Very nice place to stay! We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 5 nights, but could have been longer, if we would not had our flight back home :-( Very nice, clean and high quality garden/pool area and rooms. Excellent food and wines and perfect service and organization for i.e. tours, transfers, massage or scooter rental. We felt very safe with the dogs and their guards. But most we enjoyed the hospitality of the lovely owner. Thanks for the great days we had at the Bohol Sunside Resort

Nice place. Needs improvement on certain areas.

First the pros: - Nice ambiance of the place. - Quiet and has a nice pool. Cons: - The restaurant service should be improve. On our first day, we waited 45mins - 1 hour for the food to get served. On our 2nd day, we went to the restaurant at 7am to have breakfast. No one is there to get our orders, we waited for 15mins and still no one has come. - A 500 deposit was required upon check in for incidentals, but it was not returned to us when we check out. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
