Pictures in website is not what the hotel offers: no spa on sie, no phones in rooms, no daily room cleaning, free breakfast is a joke and noisy teenagers in pool , lost key card has a charge and review of high rating is totally a misrepresentation of what the website says staff is excellent but that's the only compliment I could say.

Für vieles gibt es strafzahlungen zb für mitgebrachtes essen und getränke. Frühstück sehr wenig auswahl. Nach jedem toilettengang war die toilette verstopft. Hatte 2 tage nur kaltwasser zum duschen bis es wieder funktioniert hat, tv nur auf koreanisch. Habe dann 3 Tage vorher ausgecheckt und bin in ein anderes Hotel, die haben nicht mal gefragt wieso ich vorher auschecke bzw. Ob alles in ordnung war. Zimmer ist aber groẞ und rauchen am balkon erlaubt.

너무 만족. 4가족 패밀리룸 이용했는데 넓고 침대도 편안했어요. 다만 객실안에 음식을 두면 개미가 모여드니 이 부분은 신경써야겠네요.

Fint hotel, og venligt personale. Morgenmaden bør der dog arbejdes på - vi ventede lang tid, nogle ordre blev glemt, og hvis man ikke spiser æg eller ris, bliver det ret kedeligt med ristet toastbrød og vandmelon. Der hænger mange skilte med at man får bøder for forskellige ting, fx at man ikke må tage noget spiseligt, som ikke er købt på hotellet, med. det ødelagde lidt stemningen, for vi var hele tiden bange for at gøre noget forkert.

DO NOT TRY TO STAY HERE

DO NOT PLAN A STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. House staff is non responsive and the in-house reservation process does not coordinate with hotels.com/Expedia. Very disappointing to plan a trip from halfway around the world only to find out hotel staff is unable to accommodate you on holiday.

Alona Northland Resort rooms are basic and ok. The breakfast is limited choice. There two adjoining properties under construction, hence noise during the day. Staff are friendly, except one female staff member.

Mycket trevligt hotell i lugnt läge.

Trevligt hotell med fin pool och välskött trädgård med bra läge utan störande stadsljud och på gångavstånd till Alona stranden. Stora fina rum med helt Ok sängar samt rent och snyggt överlag. Har man frukost som ingår rumpriset så får man av någon konstig anledning inte välja mellan alla alternativ, inte ens om man betalar extra, trots att det endast skiljer 20 peso. Var extra noga med att kolla handdukar och sängkläder vid ankomst så att de inte har fläckar som inte gått bort i tvätten! Om det finns - dokumentera det nogrannt!! Vid utcheckning kan ni annars bli debiterade enl. en för detta ändamål särskild prislista!

숙박을 하지말라고 권유하고 싶다

사전에 항구 픽업서비스를 요청하고 컨펌을 하지 않는 상태에서 차를 렌트해서 갔더니, 기사가 항구에서 기다렸다고 하면서 페널티600페소를 요구하였다 확정을 하였으면 기사에 대한 정보와 만나는 방법을 고객에게 알려주어야 하지않나? 아무런 연락도 주지않고 무조건 돈을 내라고 하였음. 또한 숙소에 전화기도 없고 와시파이도 되지않음, 직원들 태도도 상냥하지못 함

너무 좋았어요!

2박3일 동안 편안했습니다. 친철하시고 3층이였는데 가방도 들어주셨어요ㅎ 호핑시 미리 말씀드리니 조식도 샌드위치도 챙겨주셨는데 너무 맛있었어요! 리조트 입구는 골목안에 생각보다 들어가야 했지만 불편하지는 않았어요~ 알로나비치는 걸어서 10분정도인데 오토바이(?)타고 다녔어요ㅎ 저녁에는 벽면에 도마뱀이 붙어 있었지만 천장에만 있고 방에는 전혀 없었어요~ 문만 잘 닫고 다녔는데 벌레는 없었어요. 아! 개미는 조금 있었는데 아마 망고스틴때문 이였던거 같아요ㅠ 첫날에만 몇마리 있었어요. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 가격대비 너무 만족했습니다! 끝방이라서 그런지 와이파이는 잘 안타졌어요ㅠㅠ 조식은 그냥그래요..샌드위치는 최고!

Very good stay - hotel is clean

Hotel is 10 minutes walk to Alona beach. Unfortunately, there is no shortcut to the beach so we have to walk around. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. We reserved the family suite and it suited us, a party of 5 + a toddler. The breakfast was ample and good enough, the swimming pool was also good and clean, and staff service was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

還行，但不會入住第二次

第一天入住時，連上wifi後沒多久，wifi就無法使用了，晚上櫃檯沒人，直到隔天早上反應，下午才修復，隔天還突然停電.... 貼心的是早上要跳島來不及吃早餐，飯店可以幫你外帶，退房那天，因為睡過頭30分鐘，被酌收了1200ph的 late check out fee.... 還請各位入住的朋友多多注意
