The apartment is located in front of the sea, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Nea Peramos and the Ancient Castle of Peramos, with a very beautiful sunrise. The beach, which is right in front, is ideal for families with small children. The area is quiet and there are super markets, restaurants and cafes. Ammolofi beach, one of the best in Greece, is a 5-minute drive away.
Parking is always easy to find even on busy periods.
