A unique private place with its own private beach!

The Villa is inside the area of Archeological protection of the ancient town of Oisymi (7 century b.C. ,Homer) and late Byzantine time Fort of Anactoropolis .
Built in a more than 8000 m2 of private land with over 130 olive trees and has a private beach with pebbles, isolated by rocky coast and accessible to others only by sea.
A uniquely located private place to enjoy the summer and not only with friends or family.
Light decorated suitable for vacations , luxurious marble floors and bathrooms ,elevator for easy access at upper and lower floors.
Disability friendly house.
Assistance pets allowed after notification
Only dogs allowed as pets , no birds.
If you have to bring your cat please contact me .

Air conditioning , Roof fans , heat and fire places (one in a bedroom).
All 4 bedrooms have Tvs and en-suite bathrooms with marble flat showers.
1 guest toilet on ground floor .
3 bedrooms have Queen beds
1 room is located in the attik ( suitable for younger or fit people due to the retractable stairs ) and has a double mattress on the floor - more mattresses can be added
There is one convertible chair/single bed in the living room.
Baby crib/park or bed available upon demand for a one time fee.
Fully equipped beautiful kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, espresso machine toaster ,gas and e-power cooker , microwave,oven , mixer and all necessary utensils ,dishes , glasses and silverware just like home.
Big veranda around the house with sitting and eating area and beautiful garden with sea view to enjoy all day long.
A big Gas BBQ at your disposal.
Fully equipped laundry corner (basic detergent provided).
Portable Baby bath tub.
2 sets Bed linens / bed , 2 sets Towels /person provided.
Cleaning service is possible 1/week for a fee and must be asked in advance and payable cash on site.
The beach is directly accessible from the property and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and 2 canoes at your disposal.
There is also an outdoor shower near the beach.
The historical protection (as mentioned before) give to this land a virgin sense, next step from the full of life and people of Peramos and the famous Beach Bars of Ammolofi.
Here you will enjoy the serenity of nature and whisper of the sea.
NOTE that you will need a CAR as the Villa is at the end of a non asphalt road about 3 km away from Peramos .
The villa is also amazing during winter and has everything needed to be able to enjoy a cosy warm weekend near a fireplace with view to the sea ( for max 8 people ).
If you intent to rent the house during the winter months be aware that this road becomes rough because of the rain and you will have to have a 4X4 car to access.

Incredibly beautiful house

We stayed in a wonderful house in terms of its location and architecture. Our holiday, which started with the wonderful cake of the host Diana, ended with the photo we took together. It is the address of those who want silence and peace with its own bay and beach. Hoping to come back to this house, which has everything a house should have and more, in the future. Thank you Diana
