"The staff was very accomodating, Helped me to adjust the length of my stay. I did not get her name but she was so pretty with long dark hair and recently was living in Canada. Kept me in the loop as they discussed with Hotels.com my options. The hotel is clean, offers meals and drinks on site as well as free snack bar. Great location, beautiful scenery. Thank you to your exceptional staff!"

"This place was outstanding; the staff were really attentive and helpful. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed. The location was good. The rooms were clean and fine, with comfortable beds. The rooms were good size. Like most of northern Italy, no air conditioning, which can be a challenge in the warmer weather, so you open unscreened windows and get a fan. We slept well. The breakfast was excellent."
