The location is ideal — just a short ride away from all the main attractions, including Mysore Palace, the zoo, and the bustling Devaraja Market. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself feels like a calm, green oasis in the middle of the city. The amenities are excellent. There are three restaurants to choose from, each serving delicious food with plenty of variety — from local South Indian dishes to continental options. The swimming pool is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the lush garden adds a lovely touch of serenity to the property. The staff deserve special mention — they are warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it’s arranging transport, offering local recommendations, or simply making sure you’re comfortable, they go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. "Clean and cozy rooms with very responsive and respectful staff. The hotel is centrally located close to the railway station and most of Mysore's tourist points within 15-20 mins drive."

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."
