"Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had, and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign we kept hung on the door, because we like our privacy. There were some cracked tiles, a hair on the hairdryer, and stains in the microwave, but the room smelled like cleaners, the beds were fresh and clean, no bugs anywhere, all the appliances worked. If you don't mind leaves in the pool and your neighbors having kids or dogs, this was a great place to stay, for the price, A/C also works GREAT. Saw staff cleaning rooms around us and refreshing linens and towels regularly. No trash left in hallways or anything. Nice that it was also a no smoking facility."

They including Neil showed up at my door before check on the first and I had already paid for the second night and continued to knock on the door. My husband and I are both disabled.
