This gorgeous 1 King Bedroom, 2 spacious Bathroom Condo on the 6th floor is completely renovated and updated with charming and classy coastal décor. It's the perfect "Home Away from Home" and is waiting for you to enjoy on YOUR Beach Vacation! This upscale condo has been totally redone with beautiful new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and new gel mattress topper! You will enjoy the ice in the freezer door, the fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker, spice rack, salt and pepper and a brand new blender for your use! There is plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for you to use in case you plan to stay in and cook a fabulous meal! You will find everything you need to make your stay complete including coffee pods, sweeteners, trash bags, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels, clothes hamper, assorted clothes hangers, luggage rack, ironing board and a brand new washer and dryer for your use. This unit has a brand new air conditioner installed in 2020 that will keep you cool and comfortable and a brand new stand up shower in the master bath that will soothe your senses after a long day at the beach!

This relaxing retreat includes FREE beach chairs and umbrella during the season (March 1st through October 31st).

You will absolutely love this location! It is right next door to Runaway Island and you can also walk across the street to enjoy Mexican, Seafood, Pizza and Wings! Pier Park is just a short walk or drive away where you will also enjoy the Fishing Pier and many more fine restaurants and shops.

Emerald Beach Resort is true to it's name. It is a true upscale Beach Resort! You will enjoy the 3 pools, poolside Tiki Bar, hot tub, Starbucks, Sunsations Gift Shop, Grilling Area, Fitness Center, Ice Cream and snack bar, shuffleboard, corn hole, indoor and outdoor game rooms, Fitness Center, Day spa, and Boardwalk access to the stunning beach! The one of a kind Sky Bar located in the street walkover hosts happy hour, karaoke, and many more fun events.

Great family vacation spot

Loved everything about our stay from the greeting out the car to the homie feel of the condo. The view was amazing. Our toddler enjoyed the pool while my husband and I enjoyed the Skylounge.

Wonderful property!

We’ve stayed here before, and we were happy to return. The unit is very well appointed-with everything from a well-stocked kitchen to nice linens & comfy furniture, We meet friends at this complex every year; we all agree that this is the best unit any of us have rented! The condo was just as good as we were led to believe. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, spacious, and everything looked updated. Several convenient items such as extra towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing packs. We have been going to Panama City Beach for 15 years and this has been our favorite condo. Definitely booking again if possible.

The host has thought of everything. All necessities if you forget anything. Super clean. Plenty of wash cloths and towels. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.
