Fantastic place!

We enjoyed our stay very very much. The property was clean, stocked with plenty of utensils and supplies, and the layout of the property was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and the ease of access to the beach as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Wonderful family vacation experience

This home was the perfect place for my family's Thanksgiving. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and we had wonderful week! The very close beach access and bikes were a big plus.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I stayed for a week during Fall Break. We loved everything about this amazing property. Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. We will definitely book another stay!

Amazing location!

We loved this house so much! Most places always say “close to the beach” but this house literally is as close as you can get without your house right on the beach…there is just one small slow street to cross and you’re there. There is plenty of space too for families or friend groups! We enjoyed the bikes going to popular tourist places, but the neighborhood itself is slow and less crowded, which we loved! Not to mention, there is a private pool and hot tub in your own private courtyard beside the house. Perfection.

Great house in a great neighbourhood.

Came with family and had plenty of room as described in listing. Contacted owner to see if the hot tub could be turned up. He responded and did so remotely. Downstairs was a bit cold. It was during the 50 year snowstorm?

Fantastic!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything at the house was well thought out, and Ryan was readily available via text our whole stay. Amazing private access to the beach! Comfortable beds, quiet upscale neighborhood. Upon check in, there was one issue which was out of Ryan's control, but he made it right and we really appreciated his prompt communication with us. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great Location!

Stayed in early January with 6 adults and 2 children. House was large enough for us all to have our own space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even with the cooler temps during our stay! Host was easy to get ahold of and even checked in on us after a storm came through one night. Fantastic home with great beach access and would definitely stay at again!

Family getaway with a few extra friends for Labor Day

This place was overly accommodating! If there was any issue, the host was in top of it! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes, lake for our kayaks, and the beach was not crowded and an easy stroll. The living space was spacious and we never felt crowded. Hope to go back!

Greatness Getaway

Location, property and amenities. In a great area that isn't packed with people but able to access the densly populated vacation hot spots. Walk, ride or drive. The property is great spacious and ample parking for multiple families to stay. 3 former collegiate and pro volleyballers who use to share hotel rooms on the road appreciated the ample living space. The pool and hot tub was on point even as the week we were there was a little chilly at times. The short walk to your own area of the beach is the best amenity.

A Must Book

We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!

Family trip

Second time to stay here. Perfect for a family. We had a one year old this year and the baby gate was great. We noticed several updates since our time 2 years ago. Nice to see owners who keep up with maintenance issues and refresh furniture for their guests. So sorry this week was already booked for 2024.

Perfect family gathering spot on a beautiful beach

We LOVED our stay at this property. Four siblings and spouses from across the country reunited here for a lovely, relaxing visit. The location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and easy drive or bike to good shopping and restaurants. The heated pool was fabulous, even on those cooler January days. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the open living space allowed us to hang out together or do our own thing. Especially appreciate the responsiveness of the owner's communication. We had a last minute snafu with my sister's dog sitter and she needed to bring the dog. When I asked they, responded within the hour. I paid the pet deposit and she hit the road and joined the fun. Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will happily return in the future.

Loved this house!!

The house was great for our group of 4 friends- we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The family room furniture and balcony furniture were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and talk. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house is so close to the beach - which was completely deserted during our stay. Loved the access to their bikes. Ryan was very responsive to and patient with my many questions. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Exceeded our expectations

This was a perfect home for a friend vacation with two toddlers. Very close to the beach which we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The private path from the pool to the beach was very well kept and made for easy back for forth to the house. The house came with everything we needed. There was not any bathtubs for easy toddler cleaning but we managed fine, just a heads up for future families with littles! The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and everything was well kept on the property.

Great location with private beach

We very much enjoyed our stay this July 4th week with the exception of getting sick midweek. The location was perfect: gated community, inside 30A, with private beach. Easy to have chairs & umbrellas set up. Humidity is an issue in Florida, but the AC was the coldest we’ve ever had at this house. There was a bit of mold on a few areas in the house. I advised owner & he replied it would be addressed. The living area is located on second floor & would not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to vacation.

Pelican Circle is a great, private location!

We had a wonderful time traveling with family and friends for fall break. This house is set up perfectly, with comfortable beds, room for the kids to stay, and a good sized common area. The pool with the TV and hot tub outside was awesome! It is a very short walk to the beach. The best part of that is that the beach is private! We practically had the place to ourselves. It is also a short walk to camp creek lake, where we were able to fish and kayak. It’s a 1 mile walk or bike ride to the big chill, where we were able to eat, watch, movies or football, and let the kids run around. This was a fantastic stay, and we’ve saved this house as our favorites, so that we can come back again next time.

Amazing hosts!

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk down a path to the beach. It’s also right down the road from Alys, Rosemary and a 8 minute drive to the Watersound Publix. While the location is great, the hosts are even better! They are extremely communicative and responsive. They were even kind enough to talk to the bonfire company that we were using so we could get everything reserved. They even offered to have blow dryer and straightener shipped back to us. It was rainy during our stay, so the beach was empty, but because of the location’s privacy, I can imagine that it is not crowded often. We had the entire beach to ourselves the night of the bonfire—on a Saturday night in September. Even with the rain, we still had a great time hanging out in the house playing games. Plenty of room for our crew of 10.

Feels like home..

Our second year at Sunshine @30A truly felt like a homecoming for our family. The gated community and the convenient access to 5 bikes made it easy for us to visit the Big Chill or Alys Beach. Our family, including the little ones, are passionate about fishing and cherished the peaceful beach for a day of fishing and relaxation. Our 6-year-old grandson even reeled in a pompano on his little brother's rod, while the others caught shark, red fish, pompano, and flounder. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas, using them daily. The house provided plenty of room for our three generations, totaling 10 adults and 4 boys, and they all enjoyed the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch, especially in the evening. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs. Here are some suggestions: - Consider adding some new pots and pans, especially another large one. - Increase the availability of storage containers. - Address the issue with the dryer, as it currently takes hours to dry towels. - Ensure that the cleaning crew vacuums under the couch cushions and dusts the ceiling fans, doorways, and walls.
