Gnats and Stray Cats
This review is for the room #104 of The Summit Condo on PCB.
Pros-well designed for our family of five.
-Plenty of hot water.
-Condo on the main floor (elevators did not work)
Cons-a huge amount of gnats
-10 to 12 stray cats that live on a facility.
-Condo on the main floor (cats were everywhere, on/in our items and on the back porch.
We delt with cat pee and poop, daily while On VACATION!
-People throwing food off their balconies to the stray cats. Which might sound nice to those cat lovers out there, however, being on the ground floor, having food thrown down onto your patio, where 10-12 cats would then fight to get at, was just messy!
-Shower towel exchange, not available.
-couch and chair covered in stains to the point where we were not comfortable sitting on them.
-shower leak in the corner every time we used it, causing water to get on the floor and me having to use our clean towels, then forcing me to have to do laundry, since a towel exchange was not provided.
-patio furniture, shown online, is not there. Three plastic Adirondack chairs in its place.
-broken shelves in refrigerator.
-rude property manager. I called to speak to someone about the cat situation, the property manager was very rude to me. So rude, that my husband decided to finish the phone call for me and miraculously, his tone changed.
Lastly, someone pulled the fire alarm, causing us all to evacuate at 1:50AM and we couldn’t return until cleared.
