Salty mermaid was a dream

My husband, two teenage boys and I loved the property. We loved the location short walk from the beach. We loved the pool so close. We loved all the mermaid decor. The convenience of having a washer/ dryer. We loved the fact we were greeted with a welcome card and welcome basket. We hadn’t went to Walmart yet so the snacks and bottled water very handy. Loved the complementary coffee and creamer! We all said we’d like to come back!!!

Just what we were looking for!

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter for 4 days. We wanted to be close to Pier Park and the fishing pier. This little condo is wonderful! The owner was terrific to work with and communication was excellent. Everything was very well thought out for the comfort and convenience of the guests. Impeccably clean, nicely furnished, good linens and an overall enjoyable place to stay. It's quite close to Pier Park and at night you can definitely hear the action. You're right around the corner from Buddy's seafood and the Sandbar restaurant. You're less than 5 minutes to the sand! Nice pool, comfortable outdoor seating and even a nice gas grill to use. We were very pleased and felt the rate for our stay was very fair. Highly recommend!
