This luxurious 3 story, 3 bed, 4 bath home is approximately 65 steps from the beach. Come enjoy the sugary white sand and emerald green waters at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This stunning 3 story home, part of The Summer Towne Cottages on Front Beach Road, is conveniently located right next to Pier Park. It’s a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the front of the entrance (Margaritaville). There you will find all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants you will need during your stay - all within walking distance. Take a walk or go fishing on Russell-Fields Pier, just across the street. It’s known as one of two longest piers on the Gulf, walking you out 1500 feet into the dazzling water. Sit down on our third story balcony to listen to the waves and take in the breath taking views of the Gulf. Enjoy your coffee or any meal of the day on any one of our balconies and leave your worries behind. Loved the place. Wished there were maybe some more household items needed to clean or replace, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again!! Owners are super flexible, communication was on point, location was perfect and recommendations of restaurants and fun family things to do were superb from the owner. Thank you again for th wonderful memories we shared here together this weekend. You guys rock!!

Book this Beautiful place!

Close to the beach, lots of restaurants at pier park all walkable, the owners were very friendly and attentive, answered all questions prior to check in and made the whole process easy to work with. Beautiful place with beautiful views, very well kept and well stocked to make it an enjoyable experience. We loved it and we will definitely be back ! Thank you Lewis family for welcoming us to your orange oasis !

Home is clean, well appointed and stocked with everything you might need. Virtually brand new charcoal grill and beach chairs are a great touch. We had a great time!

Location! Location! Location!

A quick walk to the beach! A quick walk to downtown! A quick walk to the pier! Ideal location. Nice pool to dip in and do water aerobics after a day at the beach. Beautiful beach house. Nice amenities. Overall a delightful vacation rental property.

Great place

This house is beautiful, and in a great location. Can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and beach access right across the street. House is well equipped with everything you might need. This is the second time we have rented this house and will definitely rent it again.

Perfect location

The location was within a couple of minutes of all the attractions at Pia Park, restaurants, theater, and shopping. I have stayed at this location a number of times, when I stay in Panama City if I am not able to make reservations at the Odessa, I normally wait until I can find an opening

PCB Spring Break

This was a beautiful house, with the most comfy beds. My special time was taking the beach chairs across the rd to the beach and watching the kids play. PCB does have the most beautiful beaches in the world. Thank you for your hospitality and making my family vacation special! Best location too!

Great stay at PCB

The listing is accurate. The house is in a great location and we were able to walk to almost everything. Beach access is very close to the house as well. Great place for families to spend some quality time together. The hosts are very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to make some family memories here!

The Orange Oasis was perfect!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed, was a 2 min walk to the beach and right across from the pool. Very handy for shopping and eating out. You can walk every where. The owners were available and answered all of our questions immediately. Will definitely go here again. The family all loved it.

Too good to be true...but it is True!

Everything about this house seems too good to be true. But it's spectacular. The hosts are fantastic! We had our trip cut short by an approaching hurricane and the hosts were more then helpful in making sure we were good and safe!

Another great stay!

This has become our favorite place to stay in PCB. October had perfect 70-80° weather, not a cloud in the sky. It was our second stay and just as clean and accommodating as I remember. We were able to have groceries delivered, because the home is so easy to find! Being walking distance from entertainment and restaurants is an added bonus… but the beach access directly across the street is unmatched! While the condo areas are packed, we have plenty of room to spread out as a family of 8 on the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Best rental in Panama City!

Beautiful place, great location with the beach and everything you need nearby. The unit was decorated so beautifully. The beach was literally across the street! Perfect timing with the airshow too! We watched it from our balcony! Not only was it very clean but it was in the absolute perfect location without the need to drive. This visit was exceptional!!

Awesome Beach Getaway!

We took a short weekend trip to the beach with the kids and this was the perfect property steps away from beach access, shopping, and restaurants. My kids loved the property and they felt safe. The beach was full of families with other kids. The house was very clean and accurate in the description. The hosts were great communicating with us before the trip and after we checked in to see if we needed anything. Great property and Hosts, we would rent this property again.

Perfect beach house

My daughter played in a softball tournament in PCB so we found this adorable house for the week for our family of 6 (my husband and I, my mom, and our 3 kids ages 6, 10, and 13). The house had everything we needed and we loved the location. The beach was surprisingly quiet for a public beach, and we had no issues getting across the street to the beach. We loved that we were walking distance to pier park as well as Dusty’s oyster restaurant. The owners were amazing and very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to visit the Orange Oasis again soon!

A little slice of paradise

This is our second time staying at the orange oasis and again it did not disappoint. We decided to try out some new things (Crushed Glass Art Studio and Renting Jet Skis) and then resorted back to some of our favorites (Shuckums). Highly recommend the Back Porch restaurant as well (within walking distance). The short walk to the beach makes morning walks on the beach so nice and it’s easy to pop over to catch the most beautiful sunsets. Could not ask for a better location! Rhiannon and Kyle are great host and made checking in and out super easy. My kids love coming here and we cannot wait to return again next year.

Third times a charm!

Yup, this was our third time staying at the Orange Oasis!!! We love it that much!!! It’s always clean & ready for us when we get there. The hosts go above & beyond to be sure you have a great stay, and feel more like great friends than they do strangers. We were there in June and decided to come back over Thanksgiving since we were celebrating our anniversary, and our boys’ back to back December birthdays. What better way to celebrate than at the beach!!! This allowed us to see PCB all decorated for Christmas & catch festivities at a nearby park, diagonal from the back side of Pier Park. The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and if you wanted to walk to Pier Park you could. We all enjoyed our visit! Thank you again Lewis Family!!!

Awesome Location

We normally stay in condos, but this property was great. The location was perfect and was convenient to everything needed. The beach access was great. My son fished every day at the pier and even made friends with a neighbor that let him fish from his pier. The Orange Oasis was furnished with everything needed and the beach chairs were a bonus that I didn't have to pack ours. Parking was a little challenging just a few times, there's only enough room for one car comfortably under covered area. The outdoor shower was nice as well. The only issue that I see for people of age would be the steps to the living area but was fine for us. The views were also great from the balconies. We will definitely stay here in the future, great property!

What a Great Week!

From the minute we booked this property until we left everything was awesome. The communication with the owners was great. They checked on us throughout our stay and made us feel like we were important to them. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. The top floor view was spectacular. I spent many hours sitting on the balcony in the evening and just enjoying the view. The location was wonderful-just a short 5 minute walk to a very uncrowded beach and a short walk to Pier Park which the boys (ages 17-21) who were with us loved. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home and the friendly owners who made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories! We hope to visit again!

Perfect Vacay in PCB

Another vacation in the books. I cannot express how amazing the orange oasis is. It’s seriously the perfect location. Near shopping and some of our favorite restaurants (Diego’s, The Backporch, and Shuckums) but not too far from Pineapple Willy’s and the other side of PCB. Being able start and end the day with walks on the beach is a family favorite every year. The sunsets never disappoint. This year we decided to drive to Cypress Springs to kayak and swim in the natural spring. The water was so clear (and cold). Our time at the OO always goes so quick and it’s so hard to fit everything in. Rhiannon and Kyle are excellent host and do a great job checking in to make sure everything is going great as well as give ideas of new things to try.We will definitely stay here again.
