Nice clean, cute condo with everything you need for a family vacation. Location was super convenient with kids that want to go back and forth to the beach and pool. Highly recommend, we had a great time.

David was so pleasant to work with! It was so convenient to walk out the door and go straight to the beach! We had a great first time at here however the weather was terrible! David checked in with us quite a few times even while the weather was bad! I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back! The place was clean and having the outdoor pools, indoor hot tube and the restaurant on sight was also very lovely!

Great stay at The Summit! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The first-floor location was a huge plus—no waiting on elevators or luggage carts when unloading our belongings. It was also conveniently located near the pools and beach. David was responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the shower and resolved it quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this place! This was our second time booking here & everything is great. We love the fact of it being on the ground floor, makes everything so much easier with the little ones. Check in was a breeze, and communication with David is always super easy. Thanks again for another great vacation!

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach! The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The property was well maintained and comfortable. We loved being on the first floor, it made walking to the beach so convenient. We would definitely book here again!

I walked in and was shocked how clean and neat it was. A huge king sized bed that slept very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except the food. There was a bunk bed that any kid would love. The sliding doors open up to a playground. You have the pools you have the t¹iki bar with all the drinks. You won't be disappointed. Thr oDzvid ner was on top of everything.

The location was great! Steps from the pool and beach. Lots of chairs and tables at the pool. Close to tiki bar. Ample parking. The sand was white and very soft. Host was very quick to respond and friendly.

Great Location

This property is a great location on the 1st floor so no need to wait for elevators, amd walks straight out to the pools. It is also centrally located making it easy to get anywhere you may want to go.

The room is amazing steps to the pool steps to the grills, clean and comfortable. The space was more than enough for our family of four. The accommodations are what really set it above the bar we stay in a lot of short term rentals and prepare and bring lots of supplies, but this place had a full thing of dish soap, dish detergent, trash bags, the perfect amount of pans for any needs, Tupperware for leftovers. David was quick with responses to any questions we have. We’ve e stayed in a lot of short term rentals but I think we finally found our spot. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for having us!!!

Perfect location

We had a great time. Loved the convenience of no elevators. The condo was clean and exactly as described. When we arrived the cleaners had gotten a bit behind but we talked to host and they quickly got us information and the cleaners there asap. Wonderful trip

Great winter get away

The property was clean, and stocked with essentials needed. More towels and washcothes would have been better since there was no washer and drier. The bed was comfortable. Loved being able to go to beach without having to access the elevator.

Very clean unit!

Ideal location close to many activities for a 3 year old! First floor location was great since we could park and walk right in the front door and out the back to the pool and beach! I gave a 4 rating because the bedroom is right next to the sidewalk and is noisy at times when trying to sleep with people walking by at all hours of the night.

Enjoyed our stay, despite the hurricane to the west

Check in was easy, despite our very late arrival. Condo was well furnished and the owner was very easy to work with. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of the resort but not the unit. There were red flags all week due to hurricane Francine and high winds and rain for one day when she came onshore to our west but no one can control the weather.

Get a way

Very clean ,every thing you need even an air fryer, bed was very comfortable a little high for me but I am short .We don't stream tv so it took a while for us to figure it out .,everything was great . Pool was heated plenty of chairs at the pool thank you David
