We have rented a Summit condo for several years and decided to buy one ourselves. Therefore, we know the standards you expect for a nice family condo rental. It is time for you to relax and enjoy this beautiful renovated 9th floor unit with the view of the sugar-white beaches, blue gulf water, and watching the dolphins play from your balcony. You will want to return to our condo year-after-year for a great vacation experience.

Your family will enjoy this nice condo with a king-sized bed , new decorations, Sealy Mattress, NEW HVAC and water heater, Washer/Dryer, New Updated Dishwasher, New Refrig., built in bunks in the hall, and a queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living room. The fully furnished kitchen has a new refrigerator, self-cleaning stove, and microwave. There is tile throughout the entire condo.

There is a 50 inch 1080p Flat Screen TV and blu-ray player in the living room and a 50 inch 1080p Flat Screen TV and DVD player in the bedroom. Nice collection of blu-ray and DVD's, and a telephone available for local calls.

The Summit is close to shopping centers, fine and casual dining, amusement parks, golf courses, fishing, and many activities that you expect for a great vacation. The Summit features 2 swimming pools (one heated), 2 kiddie pools, pool-side tiki bar, on-site economical restaurant, hot tubs, game room, and jet skis and wave runners for rent for your action packed or relaxing vacation.

No smoking or pets allowed in the condo or balcony (We really do want to return your deposit)

We had a great stay! The view was great, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and owners were very responsive when we had questions. We were worried about the elevators being on the 9th floor because we saw in other listing reviews for the building that they were slow or break down often, but we used the side elevators closest to the room instead of the the main elevators in the middle and never had issues or long waits!

Very nice cozy home away from home. Owners are very nice and friendly. Main bedroom bed was really comfortable. The updated kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. We love the summit and will be booking this condo again

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and was in an ideal location in the resort. The view was amazing, and the condo was well stocked. The condo itself is updated, but the furniture and decor are not. If I had a complaint, it would be that the living room furniture had seen its better days and should be updated to something more beach friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Jack & Mary’s condo was perfect for myself, my husband & son. It’s exactly as listed, with spectacular views directly on the gulf. The balcony had six chairs & two tables allowing ample seating to enjoy the view. Everything you need is right in the condo. We enjoyed Bikini Bob’s for quick snacks while at the pool or beach - I suggest cheese fries or fried pickles! Communication with Jack was extremely smooth & prompt.

Family Vacation 2024- Condo 904

The condo did not disappoint. My husband, son, and I enjoyed the unit. It was just what we needed to get away for 7 days. TVs had plenty of streaming service options. The entertainment center was full of movies, games, and children books. The bookcase was full of novels. The view was delightful from the 9th floor. The balcony was furnished with chairs and a small table perfect for coffee each morning. Overall, we enjoyed the week.

Great Location and Great Owner

Mr. and Mrs. Woodward went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. Their condo unit had beautiful, picturesque views of the beach, surf and dolphins. The condo fit our family of 4, but would suit a family of 2 or 3. It was cleaned and ready for us on time as promised. This unit is in a much less crowded area of Panama City and we loved that. The beach is AWESOME, water is either emarald green or window clear blue. Proximity is close to all your needs food, drink and entertainment. 2 pools at this condo unit plenty of room for everyone, Mr. and Mrs. Woodward pay for a seasonal beach chair option, this saves a family, $35 -$40 per day and they have wifi and 2 large screen tvs for rainy days or evenings. We will keep this unit in our vacation plans for future stays. 5 🌟

We absolutely loved this condo! It had an amazing view of the gulf. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so easy to work with and so sweet! & the location was so convenient, it was close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc.. we will definitely stay here again!
