**BEACH CHAIRS INCLUDED during season March-October** This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with pullout sofa is perfect for families & friends. Located about halfway up on the 11th floor at the sterling reef, newly renovated, with spectacular views of the emerald coast. It is great for a quick getaway or for longer escapes from reality. With all the amenities & quick beach access on the property, you won’t want to leave! Located about a mile from Pier Park and walking distance to Shipwreck Island, is it centrally located to get where you need to go quickly!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Thermostat

Great condo. Thermostat did not work properly during the stay. Room was hot but we were able to contact the owner. Didn’t help much.
