Queen Sunbrella sleeper sofa & 2nd HDTV in living room. New tile shower w/ rain shower head! Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking.
