*The $55 parking fee for the whole stay for the whole family should be paid at the time of registration directly to the Resort. After the payment, guests will receive parking pass and the armbands. You can also purchase the second parking pass from the Resort for additional $35.

*Tiki bar and grill is available from March 1- October 31

*** Please do not ask for any discounts for stays less than a week. We offer our best prices available. We do not do any type of discounts for stays less than 7 days. Our discount is automatically applied for stays longer than 7 days***


Please be advised, if for any unexpected/emergency/repairs reasons any amenities will not be available during your stay, it is out of owner's control and owner is not responsible for that.
***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store. *Please be advised, this is our own private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service

Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
