THIS CONDO IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH SO THE BEACH ACCESS WE HAVE IS AMAZING! You may just want to be at the beach all day!

This condo has one bedroom, with queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom, sleeps four comfortably. It offers a wonderful east to west panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunset from your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee/tea. Possibly the best view in Panama City Beach!

As guests, you will be able to enjoy swimming in 3 different pools, one of which is heated in the winter. You also have private access to the beach and the historic Pineapple Willy’s without the hassle of finding a parking spot.

Looking for things to do is never a problem. The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Ship Wreck Island, Camp Helen State park ( six miles south) and many others.

If you wish to cook, this condo unit is equipped with the necessities you might need; or just relax during your vacation, lots of good restaurants are located nearby.

Free WIFI and cable TV, in the living room and bedroom, is provided for your convenience.

This condo was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for husband and I. We even had early access to the condo. Host communicated throughout stay. Very clean condo. Would most definitely stay again.

Super clean and right on the beach. We loved our stay here. Host was very kind and responsive. Bedding was heavenly! Easy access. Have to pay for parking- cash only. Loved it here! Eat at Schooners and Parlor Doughnuts. Yum!!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. The property ownew was very helpful and communicated well. My 1 and only complaint is that the bed is so small that I ended up sleeping separately from my wife on the fold out couch bed. Was surprisingly comfy and I slept well. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Everything was impeccable at this property. Stocked with everything you need. Decorated so cute. And very, very clean. Annette was so responsive if needed. And WONDERFUL beach views! A short walk to the beach and right in the middle of PCB. You won’t regret booking 😊

Spring break

We loved the condo and the beach, the balcony was perfect to catch the sunsets at night. The condo was clean, and perfect for us. Only thing that could use an update, would be to get a softer mattress for the bedroom. The ac quit working due to the condo doing some work that caused the breaker to trip, but Annette sent someone right over to take care of it, so she was very attentive, which was appreciated. We will be back!

Stunning view

Exactly as advertised, even better in person! Very clean, cozy condo with a stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold thanks to Mother Nature, so we really didn't enjoy the balcony as much as if it had been warmer. The owner was quick, responsive and patiently answered all my questions. She was very easy to work with and was readily available. Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Endless sun sets and beach!!

My husband and I enjoyed a month in this condo for a nice break from winter!! The condo has everything you will need, it’s small but cute!! Kitchen had everything we needed, it’s not big but we didn’t make gourmet meals so it worked perfectly for us!!The views from the balcony our incredible and it’s what sold us on the condo initially. We also love that there is two pickleball courts on the property free to use. The tennis court was converted to pickleball, which is amazing! There is a decent gym and two outdoor shuffleboard games we played. All the equipment for both shuffleboard and pickleball can be found in the gym. We brought our own balls and paddles, but they do supply them too.The pools are well kept and clean and there is two swings to sit on and enjoy the sunset, and beautiful ocean view.Our host was great, very responsive and checked in on us half way through our stay. We had no issues at all!! Hopefully we will be back one day!

Perfect for the 2 of us.

The condo was very clean and comfortably furnished. The owner listed and again made us aware of ongoing construction when we booked, but there was no interruption to our stay. The condo was the perfect size for just the 2 of us. I stocked up on odds and ends that I thought would be essential (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing tabs, trash bags, etc) but there was no need as other guests apparently had the same idea and all NEW/UN-OPENED products were left available in the condo. That was much appreciated! When we checked out, we were five hours away when the Host messaged me letting me know I left my kindle behind. She was very helpful and went out of her way to drop it at the post office for me during the thanksgiving holiday! Her hospitality blew me away! Would definitely recommend this condo and will save this listing for future stays!

Fantastic View

I loved this unit, except for one small thing: On my first nitght a mystery beep/chirp began late afternoon. I thought it was a smoke detector. The host and super installed a new one, but the chirp continued (about every 30 seconds). Around 10pm it stopped. I decided to live with it and determined it was coming from the kitchen. Fridge? The 2nd day It only beeped after I spent time in the kitchen opening and shutting the fridge. It seemed to stop after a while (only ocurring after a stint in the kitchen) so I didn't report it again because I didn't want to be bothered with anyone. I continued to enjoy the view and the sweet little unit and will leave it to the next guest to investigate (if it continues).
