We are still open however, October Through April 2026, there is construction at the complex, so we have reduced our prices for the inconvenience. Certain times guests may or may not have full access to the balcony.
Book now and rent this amazing Ocean Front Unit! You and your family will enjoy the awesome views of the ocean and enormous pool. Deal direct with the owner and stay at this premier resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! We have one of the biggest pools and nicest resorts here in Panama City Beach. The unit comes with a spectacular balcony facing the beach with views of the ocean and pool. Wake up in the mornings in a magnificent master bedroom facing the ocean, with an en-suite master bath. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a bunkroom with an attached 1/2 bathroom, great for the kids or young adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with 9 foot ceilings and tile through out bedrooms with over 1000 square feet of living space. You can even enjoy the view while cooking up something to eat in the kitchen. Walk to the living room, sit down and enjoy the ocean view or relax on the sleeper sofa. Then step out to the balcony, sit back and enjoy the view and listen to the waves of the beautiful ocean. After a little R and R go out and enjoy dinner with many great restaurants in the area, or eat at home and enjoy watching TV with our Free HBO, or streamline your favorite Netflix movies on our smart TV’s.

We also upgraded the High Speed internet boasting speeds up to 600 Mbps.

This unit is located on the 10th floor and it comes with its own dedicated parking space, which is also on the 10th floor. Unlike other condos where trucking luggage back and forth can be a pain. This unit has a reserve spot very close to the unit, so checking in and out is easy. Everything you need is in the unit, including a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. There is 24 hour gated security with one of the largest pools on the strip, as well as a tiki bars, food and convenience store all located on the property.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

Perfect weather, hot tub, indoor pool and beach access were amazing! Within walking distance to WalMart, Waffle House, parlor Donuts (Amazing), Pineapple Willie’s and more! Parked at door to room, great views, just right for two families! Hope to make it an annual event!

Great rental with a view

The owner was fantastic with communication and was very accommodating with early check in and her condo was perfect. It was very spacious, well stocked with everything and hotel was very nice. Pools and hot tubs were great.

Wonderful home away from home!!

Highly recommend this property. We had a family of 5, plenty of room. Having our own laundry was a huge plus!The host was incredibly accommodating, and the little touches like fresh towels and local recommendations made our stay even better. This location was perfect for easy access to Publix Sports Park as well! Our family will be returning next year!!

Perfect Getaway

Over all a good stay

There was a few issues with the cleaning but owners were on top of it and offered for cleaning person to come back the next morning. Over all great owners and amazing location we will definitely use them again if and when we come back to panama beach!

Overall a good 3-week stay

Great location on beach with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Our stay was during December so we did not use the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub and made use of the workout room. JoAnn was very responsive and accommodating.

Thanksgiving Vacay

I brought my kids and Dad for Thanksgiving. We were able to enjoy the beach and pool for 2 days and other PCB activities due to much colder weather day 3. Thanksgiving meal on the Bay at a local restaurant was delicious! They did have construction while we were there but due to holiday it wasn't too bad. Highly recommend, loved location, proximity to activities, etc. Thank you!

Great Property and Even Better Owners!

We loved the location and the unit was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with everything we needed. The host (JoAnn) was so accommodating and excellent at responding. The beach and pool area were gorgeous! And the grounds were meticulously maintained. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed this condo. The owner, Joann, was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and both hot tubs. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family. Wal Mart is conveniently located to shop for groceries. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Panama City Beach.

Fall break 2024

I've stayed at the shores of Panama one other time I absolutely love how you can just walk right out onto the beach the swimming pool is also a great feature it was family friends fall break 2024 and it did not disappoint had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach like always can't wait to go back and would definitely recommend this condo and the facility Shores of Panama

Perfect spot

We booked very last minute for a spur of the moment vacation extension from a different part of FL. I stumbled upon this listing and immediately felt like this was such a great value. The bunk room was perfect and I didn’t realize it was its own little room when booking, so we were extra impressed with the value once we got there. Our 4 year old loved it. And plenty of room for the pack and play for our baby in the main bedroom. We loved the pool, easy access to beach, and the convenient food “hut” and bar! We will absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The pool was great fun for the kids, especially on those double red flag days when the beach wasn't an option. Location is absolutely the best. The only negatives I would be able to provide are the elevators are packed during peak seasons and this unit was on the 10th floor of the parking deck, which is a lot of driving in circles to get to. But this is literally the only bad part. Overall, an absolutely great location and stay!

Amazing Stay w/ an Amazing Property Owner

Beautiful condo with an amazing property owner. I've stayed at a lot of condos all over, and out of all of them this property owner was the most responsive and helpful. There were 0 issues - I just had questions that she promptly answered. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the condo was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation week

Exactly as advertised. Owner was very easy to work with, and would highly recommend renting from her. Reserved parking space just a few feet from the room is a huge plus, especially when loading and unloading. Landscaping around the pool was gorgeous. I was worried about slow elevators after reading some other reviews, but we didn’t have to wait too long most times. Overall, a great experience!

Panama City trip

The property was exactly as described, Excellent! The owner was easy to communicate with. With condo staff nearby at all major entrances, we felt safe the entire time. Check-in process was easy and straight forward. Great views, beach was clean and managed well. Once we figured out the TV remotes, the TV was very easy to operate. We would stay here again, without hesitation. 4-Star rating!

Great location

Perfect beach location and parking for the rented unit. There was construction on one side is the building but it wasn't a nuisance at all. The host was very effective with communication of details making the check-in process seamless which allowed us to get straight to relaxing. We've stayed in the building across the street multiple times in the past in larger units I doubt I'd go back after the positive experience at this location. Much nicer overall property, closer to the ocean and more private amenities with excellent concierge and resort staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite.

Paradise

When we got to the condo check in was easy, parking garage attendant was very nice and told us where to go. The condo was amazing. Very clean had everything a person would need ro have a great time even beach chairs to use . We ate out most of the time, there is so many great places to eat in walking distance. I did cook hamburgers one night had everything i could have needed to cook a full course meal as far as cookware. Beautiful view off the balcony of huge pool area and the beach. Extremely peaceful!!! We will be back!! I fell in love with this place... the host was awesome .

Room was clean, location was close to everything. The pool was great. Had a great time. This was first time having a family vacation with my young kids, and they loved it. Joanne is fantastic at communication. Recommend this condo if your looking for a nice place to stay.
