It was an amazing experience. The condo was great and location was even better. The people dealing with the reservations were very professional and flexible. Made our trip so enjoyable.

Not the best stay I've had in PCB

Oh where to start. We arrived at the location and were not able to find where to check in. They do not have a physical place where you check in as it turns out I was supposed to receive check in instructions via email that I NEVER received. Finding a phone number Via confirmation email to reach a real person was a NIGHTMARE. Two hours past my check-in time I finally find a phone number and reach a real person and they were sorry that I never received an email with a check in instructions. Second problem the code for the condo door to get inside was not working I had to call the lady back have her send me another code. The lock on the door with keypad.. the actual physical lock was wiggly and loose and so the door would not shut all the way when leaving the condo I literally had to stand there for five minutes and find the perfect placement with the door and the lock for the door to shut and lock it... was ridiculous. another problem, the owners didnt leave pool access bracelets so the security guy kicked us out of the pool. There was NO dish soap and NO laundry soap in the condo. Bring your own. There was NO extra toilet paper and NO trash bags either. Bring your own!!! We had to run to walmart twice FRUSTRATING. Another issue you had to hop elevators, get off certain floor to get to parking deck. You take elevator to one lever , get off hop in another elevator to get to walking bridge- parking deck. Place too big, no workers physically present, no house keeping. Not again.

It was great.. family loved it.. my only complaint or dislike was the amount of sand left in the room.. also dirty dishes.. but other than that it was a great stay... would I stay here again? You bet!

The condo was not cleaned appropriately. The bathroom mat was filthy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The overall resort was nice and yhe pool was excellent.

Not a 5 Star stay in unit 2128

Had to call manager when we first arrived because there was sand on the bunk beds and on the couch. Had to call manager once again because the door assembly was falling out of the door frame and would not close so a lock smith had to come out. The door code we got in email was not the correct one so we got the correct code from the door man. No arm bands were in the room for us so we couldn’t enter the pool area, once again making a call to manager. The counter tops were sticky and dusty. One of the lamps in the living room did not turn on. The shower curtain was moldy and the hooks nasty rusty. We did not dare use the ice and water dispenser because when you look up in it it’s moldy. All the remotes were missing batteries. The toilet paper holder in the master was broken off. Shower heads were filthy. I was expecting a five star stay and do not feel like we received that at all! I will not be booking this same room next time. The owner needs to visit it and do some maintenance and the cleaning crew needs to try and do better. We did enjoy the pool area by the parking deck and the beach.
