The work will take place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This construction is limited to the building's exterior and does not involve the interior of the condos. Dunes of Panama has a zero tolerance regarding the following:
1. Profanity in public areas
2. Illegal drugs, drunkenness or underage drinking (must be 21 to drink)
3. Lewd and lascivious acts
4. Damaging property inside unit or on Dunes of Panama property (immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and rental money)
5. Loud radios, TVs, music, children playing on elevator, shouting from balconies
