COZY FOR TWO is the perfect name for this adorable carriage house that is ideal for a couple's quick getaway. Private entrance - completely separate from main house and sitting on a corner lot - this cozy carriage house is a private little retreat for two.


One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful decor, fully-equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, MEDIACOM cable TV in living room and bed room, a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. A washer/dryer for your personal use is located off a protected area under your slate deck. You can also use this area to store your bicycles under cover if you prefer to bring your own.


Enjoy a short walk to our magnificent, 12,000-square-foot, community pool or follow the palm tree-lined sidewalk to our private beach access. The "SEACREST CAFE' a welcome addition at our pool, provides many food and drink choices. Free golf cart tram service to the pool or the white, sandy beach is provided by our community from mid-March through mid-October. Multiple paths go around and across our community for walking, jogging and biking. Green spaces including two parks are available for your enjoyment.


Two cruiser bicycles are provided FREE for the enjoyment of our guests. Bicycling enthusiasts can ride around within the picturesque local communities or alongside South Walton's most scenic roadway, County Highway 30-A, on 17 miles of wide, separate paved pathways that wind alongside lakes, state park woodlands and beach areas. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor on our private beach or simply bring along the two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels we provide free.

Our community, Seacrest Beach North, is located directly between the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on designated scenic Walton County Road 30A. Many restaurants, Coffee Bars, Wine Bars, Snack Shops and shopping are within easy walking distance. Friday night wine-tasting is frequently offered at multiple establishments closeby.

Since we directly manage this property ourselves, we are able to offer it at highly competitive and attractive rates. To allow sufficient time for a thorough cleaning and preparation for our next guests, arrival check-in time is after 3pm with check-out by 10am on the day of departure.
