Beautiful 3BR, 3BA on the Beach!

This was our 8th stay at Sterling Breeze and the best so far. The condo was nice, so clean, great supply of kitchenware, decorated very nicely, the master suite bed was very comfortable.This location is perfect for PCB. The owners were very responsive, easy to work with. We plan on booking with them fired next year!So happy with our choice, and highly recommended.

This condo was amazing! When we arrived it smelled so good and was the cleanest I have ever seen a condo down to the dryer vent. Eveything was perfect. The layout was great with the kids away from adults, furniture and beds were so comfy. Decor was so nice also. We are already talking about taking another trip to the same condo.

Perfect getaway

We were traveling to PCB for softball and this was absolutely perfect and just what we needed. It was quiet but spacious and the kids loved the pool and the quick beach access! We had a small issue with the door but the host was quick to answer and have it fixed for us without any issues or having to rearrange our plans. If we find ourselves back in PCB will be rebooking for sure!

Everything was as expected

Communication with the owner was great. Everything we needed to check in was provided timely. The condo was clean and fully stocked. The bath towels were nice and plush. The balcony faced the beach, and the view was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and we were only steps away from the beach. Parking was a breeze and we were only a short ride from Pier Park and grocery stores. There’s a 50 fee per vehicle to park. I highly recommend this place.

This unit exceeded our expextations. It is in a great location but not as crowded as some areas. We were in walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was as listed. We enjoyed the location of being in an end unit and it is close to the elevators. The owners were very attentive and kept us update on things going on at the complex. Very well stocked and the beach chairs and umbrella provided were great! For our first visit to Panama City, i would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean with lots of space for everyone. This was our first stay having a room on the end at Sterling Breeze. It was nice getting off the elevator and your room being right there. The view was amazing with nothing beside you blocking it. The only downfall was the dryer took forever to dry clothes, but everything else seemed to work fine. Jennifer was so easy to message back and forth with, and responded quickly to any questions I had for her.I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous vacation l!

The Condo was amazing! The kids loved the bunk room which was bigger than expected! There is a mini fridge that worked great for extra drinks. The condo had everything we needed! The condo is right by the elevator and that was great! We were there for spring break and the elevators were very fast, not much waiting! Spacious condo, beautiful view of the ocean! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The pool bar had a nice selection of drinks, food and ice cream. There is also a little store connected to the check in area and my kids liked getting candy and ice cream from there after the pool bar closed. We walked to Dusty’s oyster bar and definitely could have walked to Pier Park no problem if we had wanted to. Very close to Winn Dixie and anything you need! All the employees were very nice too. Definitely recommend this condo!

Excellent spot for a family vacation

We had a great time. The unit came with all the things you would need. Having 3 bathrooms and the bunk room for the kids was a huge plus. The building itself does a good job of cleaning the sand and water and pool every night. Front desk people are a little standoffish but we don’t hold the Unit owner responsible for that. Unit has a great view. Up high enough you don’t hear the street traffic. The dryer does take multiple cycles to get clothes dry as mentioned in other reviews but we expected that. Also washer and dishwasher had a bit of a smell when you open them after being closed for a while but I think it’s due to being at the beach as I’ve smelled that at the beach before. Overall we highly recommend this unit.our family loved it.

home away from home

The property was as pictured. It was spacious and had everything you needed (plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, enough seating inside and on the balcony, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room was somewhat secluded/ further away from the living room/ master so our youngest child couldn’t sleep there safely, but the older children in our group loved it. Jennifer and Keith communicated very well, were kind and attentive. Parking passes did go up to $50 per vehicle. The parking is great and walkway to the complex is nice. The person we dealt with when we arrived and had to purchase the parking pass/ wristbands from wasn’t very friendly, but that had nothing to do with this condo specifically. All other staff we encountered on the property were very friendly. Beach access was great, pool was warm and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
