Beautiful cottage w/ dock on canal-100 yds to the white sands of Mexico Beach
- Remodeled home in popular Waterside Village with a king and two queen bedrooms on the second floor and a third floor bedroom with two twin beds. Spacious but cozy living space with high speed internet to handle all your devices. Beautiful views of the gulf and canal with balconies on the front and rear of home. Located on the canal with a day dock for easy gulf access. Although Waterside does not allow trailer parking on the property, owner may be able to provide offsite parking a very short distance away. Community pool and hot tub only a sort walk along the canal. *** Second beach side 4 bedroom house available upon request- can host up to 11 additional people- message for details***
