Nothing between the condo and the beach. Spend time with your family and friends in this spacious 2 bedroom + 2 bunks and pull out couch, 3 bathroom condo with brand new furniture, uncompromising community amenities and a view of the sunset over the Florida Gulf that is unlike any other.

Condo description: The condo will provide plenty of space to stretch out and relax during your vacation to socialize and spend time with the family or just to take a break from the sun and the water. Walking in the front door gives you an immediate view to the balcony and water beyond. Two master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and a full bath attached, divide the condo. A pair of bunk beds reside in a hallway off to the right perfect for kids or even adults and provide the feeling of a third bedroom. Another full bathroom is just off of the bunks and is accessible for the main living space.

The kitchen is roomy and provides all the appliances you'll need including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and more. Plates, silverware and cooking pots and pans are provided as well. A bar outcrop faces the kitchen with a pair of stools for dining or conversing.

The living room has a big screen smart TV, a couch that folds out into a bed, love seat and a overstuffed chair for seating. The dining area includes seating for 8 for dinner or game time!

For those that need, a washer and dryer are also provided.

Property Amenities: This property has it all including two huge outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, a 4000+ sq ft fitness center, game room, a movie theater with seating for 70, two steam rooms and free wireless internet. You'll find restaurants on-site as well as within walking distance.

The beach for Tidewater guests spans nearly two football fields! You'll find plenty of room for sunning, walking, boogie boards, shell hunting, picnics, Frisbee, volleyball and so much more.

Location!!: Panama City is known for its beach and for its fun! Just a short half mile walk you'll find Pier Park, a collection of restaurants (Longhorn, Five Guys, Panera, Margaritaville, Bootleg BBQ, etc.), shopping (Dillard's, Target, Ron Jon, etc.) and nightlife that will surely keep your vacation exciting no matter your mood or disposition. A 16-screen movie theater is also there for the occasional off-time. Grocery stores are also nearby if you want to pick up items for the week to prepare inside the condo. Tidewater is close to everything in Panama City and young and old alike will love the activities provided on and off the water.

If you are a golf lover you'll find 5 championship courses in Panama City Beach and with 320 days of sunshine a year, you'll find plenty of reasons to book tee times!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Everything will be listed in your welcome letter but please load the dishwasher and start (start button twice), please empty any food and take the kitchen trash to the garbage shoot.
If there have been any spills please wipe them up and if there's sand please sweep up. Thank you very much for helping share our families home away from home.
The bedding and towels are all washed during the cleaning, the only exception would be for stained linens (accidents, blood, etc.) please launder those items before check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You will enjoy

Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable but really high if you're short. We had to use the ottoman to get up on the bed for the 80 yr old. Nice balcony chairs and even a swing to relax on. Sure some minor issues. Some areas could have been cleaned better but overall we were very pleased. Thank you Adam as he always responded quickly with any questions. The restaurant downstairs serves 2.00 beer and the food has always been great and is convenient.

Fabulous Stay

The condo was a great choice for our annual "girls trip". The condo is well appointed and the location to restaurants and Pier Park is very convenient. Three full bathrooms are a bonus! We commented on how friendly & happy to help the resort staff was during our stay. I stayed at a different condo at Tidewater in July and the elevators were more of a situation than in September but that is to be expected at any resort during the summer months. We give this condo five stars.

Annual family vacation. Unit was very nice and well furnished. Expect long waits for the elevators. Condo complex has lots of amenities such as arcade on site, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, movie theater on site with 2 movie showings daily.

Nasty sewage water drainage into ocean. Long elevator wait times. Rude staff

There was a huge waste water sewage drain with black nasty water draining into the ocean causing nasty stinky water along the beach front. We did not want to get in the ocean because we were afraid to get some kind of disease. Elevators were extremely slow. The room was awesome and very clean. It also provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only disappointment was outside of the actual unit.

Needs cleaned

Check in was easy! Walked into condo immediately noticed didn’t look like pics on listing! Didn’t look or feel or smell clean at all! Wash clothes and towels were stained and old looking. Bar stools are stained and dirty! Table chairs cushions stained and dirty! Trash Can had food and crud on it! Floors and trim dirty. Food on floor in kitchen when we arrived. Needless to stay not happy and will not return to this particular condo! Reviews said over and over how clean. Must have been for another condo

Enjoyed our stay BUT

Elevator nightmare! Being on 13th floor stairs weren't a good option but was required a couple of times. When using carts or armloads of beach stuff had to wait 10 to over 20 minutes most trips. Paid cleaning fee but instructions for departure required us to launder, fold and put away towels, sweep floors and clean kitchen. No paper goods provided, not even a starter roll of TP. It is a nice condo but departure requirements and supply requirements should be pointed out up front AND something must be done about elevator problem.

Tidewater resort

We stayed at tidewater resort, the room itself was beyond our expectations! Our property owner was easy to be in contact with. The room was fully stocked with more than we needed! The bad- the elevator wait times was between 30 mins to an hour!! So we wasted a lot of our vacation time just waiting! The property owner/manager was harassing everyone on the beach to move their umbrellas/ chairs from in front of the condo because it would possibly block the view of those who paid $70.00 for her chairs & umbrellas! So we had to walk ridiculously far away to be able to set down! Which was horrible with 5 kids!! 10/10 will never stay here again because of that reason! We payed for beach front and thats what i expected. Not to be shoved so far down the beach!!! She also was taking photos of people while they would set their items up (umbrella,cahirs,mats) & call security to come have them moved!!! I myself do not like having photos of my family taken without my permission! Lesson learned tho and we will NEVER stay here again!

Lacks proper cleaning

We were told prior to arrival that the room had been “trashed” by the prior guests and that they were gonna try to “meet the 4pm check in time”.. upon arrival we immediately noticed that the floors were FILTHY. Our feet were black from walking around. I wouldn’t let my 8 month old walk around in his walker. There was legit gum stuck to the floor in the living room. The owners were quick to respond and offered to come back the next morning to clean the floors but we just cleaned them ourselves. We had to take a trip to Walmart to get groceries so we just bought a cheap mop. We even found old condom boxes laying around. Base boards were gross and the sliding balcony door was super hard to open and shut. That was more than likely related to the black gunk in the seal that needs cleaned. Owner gave a $50 refund for drinks, that was nice so thank you for that! Other than that it was a nice condo. Also take my advice and don’t even attempt to use the washer and dryer.. it will take 4 hours to dry anything you wash. I’m usually not one to ever complain but we have stayed at the tide water 5+ times and this was the worst experience by far.

We love the Tidewater location, elevators are something to be desired at the moment. Long wait times. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Dryer took a couple cycles to get things fully dry, small loads, but not too big an issue. Easy check in and out.

Perfect

We absolutely loved Tidewater property, this unit and the hosts. Unit has a perfect view of the beach/ocean, seating on balcony, equipped kitchen, two rooms with bathrooms attached plus the bunk with attached bathroom makes is spacious for the whole family. Tidewater’s property is very convenient to shops and food options, the property itself has one indoor pool, two outdoor pools, the fitness center, small restaurant/cafe, beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Adam and Ryan were great hosts: very accommodating, friendly and helpful each time we reached out to them. We loved staying here and will definitely be renting this again! Thank you for everything, Adam and Ryan!
