  • Welcome to Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beach front condominium. Overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald waters, Sterling Breeze unit 602, Lower 6th floor, offers a well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, 60' LED Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar with sub, PS3/Blue Ray Gaming System, HD Cable - with HBO, High Speed Internet, washer / dryer, luxurious linens, private balcony with breathtaking views. Sterling Breeze is the only building equipped with a grill on each balcony.

    Forget about having to buy and bring your own beach chairs. Included with the rental, two beach chairs with umbrella to use each day of your stay. Beach Service Included March 1st to Oct. 31. We also have a closet full of extras. We have extra back pack chairs, some beach toys for the little ones, beach mats, a cooler for you to take drinks to the beach and also a heavy duty beach cart to carry all your belongings!

    Avoid the hassle of 'check in' by going directly to your condo upon arrival. The keyless door entry system also allows you to enter your own personal access code.

    This two bedroom, two bath with bunkroom is located directly on the beach with panoramic views of the gulf.

    Relax and enjoy the morning out on the balcony experiencing the beautiful views while you have your morning coffee. If you need to exercise, step into the on site fitness center which overlooks the beach. Take a stroll down to the pool side Internet Cafe & Wine Bar and enjoy your favorite beverage while sunning pool side at the large gulf-front overflow edge pool, sitting around the fire pit or while enjoying the hot tub.

    After your day at the beach, take a short walk to Pier Park and enjoy all that it has to offer or stay in and enjoy the sunset on your private balcony.
