My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had limited interaction with the staff while obtaining our parking permit, but they were very friendly. Every question I had for our host was answered promptly, and he never made me feel as though I was bothering him. The condo was very clean throughout, and we had everything we needed. The beach view was beautiful, and the pool was exceptionally clean, easily one of the cleanest we've ever enjoyed. We loved the location. It was close to the places we enjoy eating while being far enough away from the noisier activities farther up the beach. Our host even went above and beyond by ordering perfect weather during our stay. We would happily return to this unit in the future.

Great location

Location of property is about a mile away from the more crowded areas of PCB. It is an older property, but well maintained. It was a great experience for our son’s first trip to the beach.

Perfect beach stay!

Location was perfect and we loved our view and proximity to the beach. Great amenities at the condo including tennis and pool table and appreciated grabbing floats from the beach toy library. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the pool and the beach. Great king bed!

Perfect for us!

2 older adults + 9 yo granddaughter stayed 3 days. Property has a great location, condo is on 2nd floor and so is handy to steps or elevator. Everything was in working order and comfortable. Pool land grounds were clean.

Getaway

My wife and I had a great time. First of all the host was simply the best. He stayed in touch with us until we were ready to get in our room. The room and view was even better than I hoped for. I will definitely get back with the same host when we go back. Sooner rather than later.

Great experience

I have stayed at Pelican walk many times over the years. I found this listing on VRBO and was very excited that it was available. Being on the 2nd floor near the elevator was very convenient as I had my mom who uses a walker and my 2 year old grand daughter. The host was amazing !! We had great communication and he even provided early check as he was aware of the situation with my mom. I would highly recommend!!
