This two bedroom unit has a master suite right on the beach with HUGE BALCONY!!!
Our beautiful two bedroom condo has a master suite on the beach side and a separate bedroom for adult guests or the children. Many updates and renovations were completed in the off season. The master bedroom comes with a King size bed and double sinks in the master bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a full over full bunk. All linens and towels are thick and plush like those found in a true 5 star hotel. The condo can easily sleep 6 people with complete comfort. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, please contact us to discuss options. The unit comes with dishwasher, hand, and clothes soaps. The unit comes with a full sized washer and dryer. The condo is located on the 14th floor which provides the peace and quiet of being higher in the building while allowing breathtaking views and wonderful sounds of the beach from your Master Suite, Master Balcony, and/or Living Room Balcony.

I love the conversations with the guests, helping them to set up their vacations. We are truly touched when they leave and report they have had a blast with memories for a lifetime. That is just one of the reasons my wife and I purchased this unit. It is a beautiful condo that matches the beauty of the Emerald Coast. You will love our place because we have tried to think of everything. Finally, let me assure you I have employed the best cleaning service on the beach. So, you will see immediately that we mean clean, clean, and more clean.

This property is special because the Master faces the beach. You have your own quiet time just outside your private sliding glass door. The children can go to their room for the night and you and your loved one can open the sliding glass door and sit on your balcony in total privacy and live a totally romantic evening. In addition, this condo is special because it is so clean and new. The furniture is more like home and makes you feel like you are truly in your home rather than a stuffy hotel suite. The children will love it because they have their own room. This is particularly important if the kids are teenagers and just want some privacy to laugh with their friends.

The unique benefits of this property and condo are that they are so close to the beautiful State Park, fishing right across the street, trails to run and jog, a great restaurant next door that is family oriented with live entertainment nightly and great food for all ages. This restaurant - Schooners, a Panama City landmark - has walk-up beach access as well. The condo itself is safe, clean and secure with 24 hour security and security gates to protect you and your family.

Amazing Beachfront Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the condo – the sea view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better with the beach just steps away. The unit was spotless, quiet, and well-equipped with great amenities, plus having a reserved sun lounger at the beach was a real bonus. The parking garage was super convenient, and the friendly host made everything smooth and welcoming.

The condo was clean, FULLY stocked with everything you could ever think of needing - which is so appreciative. The host is wonderful- great communication, made as feel extremely valued as a returning guest, and a couple of requests we had were handled timely and graciously accepted. The Seychelles building itself is showing some age and maintenance issues, such as 1 of 3 elevators broken the duration of our stay- but nothing that affected our stay…and certainly not anything that reflects the owner of this condo. However, the building was updating some things while there such as paint. Overall, it was a great stay and the owner of this condo is truly what makes it so nice.

This is a great unit. It was very well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The sofa was so cool. We had gifts when we arrived which was a special touch. The unit had beach service but we didn’t use but that was a great addition to the amenities. We had a great time and hope we can come back.

Great condo, great location

We enjoyed our first trip to PCB and the condo was just as described. David was great answering any questions ahead of our arrival. Check in/out was easy with no issues. The views from the balcony are incredible! When the water is clear we could see marine life...our favorite was a group of stingrays. We had multiple days we could not get in the ocean, but overall a great trip!

This was the 4th time staying at Seychelles. we really like this area of Panama City Beach. This unit is laid out perfectly if you have children. The small bedroom works very well. The host had provided items that where very useful (trash bags, hand soap, detergent). We would recommend and rent this unit again in the future.

July 4th week

Nice condo on 14th floor with wide open ocean view. Spent relaxing time on the balcony enjoying the scenery and the sound of the crashing waves. The water was emerald green and warm. The beach was not too crowded in the area because we had reserved lounge chairs with an umbrella. The communication with the owner was easy when required and the booking was also very easy. I’d recommend the condo and the location.

Most comfortable condo! We love Seychelles!

We had such an incredible stay in this condo! The balcony access from master bedroom was a dream and my kids really appreciated the full size bunk bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and when we didn't want to cook, we had Schooner's right next door (which is our favorite restaurant in PCB). The included beach chair service was so great to have. You only have to reserve it once and let them know your check out date, then they will keep those chairs reserved for the duration of your stay. This was our 4th stay at Seychelles and it was by far, the most relaxing. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, we hope to be back soon!

Perfect Condo for a Family with a View

We stayed at this property in September 2024. The unit is fantastic. Very clean, well stocked, new appliances. It's right by the elevator, but noise was never a problem. SUPER close to the beach. The views from the balcony are fantastic. Sunsets were our favorite time of day. Also walking distance to the state park down the beach. The only downside, and this is relative to PCB as a whole, is that the city is very flag happy. If you expect to be able to go into the ocean every day, think again. Their new double red flag laws allow them to fine anyone who TOUCHES the water $500. We were only able to go into the ocean 3/7 days. That said, if you're definitely going to PCB, I highly recommend this property!

Family spring break

Great property! This unit worked well for my family which was myself, my husband, my mom, and my two boys (ages 5 and 2). The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The master has a king and the other bedroom is bunk beds but full size. Seychelles is right next door to Schooners which was really convenient. We were worried that it might be too loud or too busy but it wasn't at all. The walkway from the resort pool to the beach was being rebuilt while we were there. We had to go out and around to the public beach access. It wasn't far though. It looked like they were close to finishing rebuilding while we were there so it should be reopened soon. There are two pools and one is heated which was necessary this time of year.

Pleasant stay

The unit was clean and well supplied, and check-in was simple. The handle on the master bathroom toilet and master door wall were a bit wonky, but worked. I wish we had been aware of the damage the hurricane had left on the walkway from the beach to the pool as this was a prime reason we chose the location. I realize you can’t prevent hurricanes, but the awareness would’ve eased the frustration. The closure of this made it extremely difficult to leave the sand at the beach. The pool area may have also lost seating, so it was not suitable for its occupants and poorly maintained. Of course, this was not to the fault of the unit owner.

Beautiful Condo off the Beaten Path

Our family enjoyed our week in 1405 at Seychelles. I loved that this condo was further down by St. Andrew’s. It was less busy. The elevators can sometimes be problematic at these big condos but the elevators at Seychelles were fast. We did not have to wait to get to our room all week. This condo is right off the elevator. I was worried that the kids would be woken up by this but they didn’t hear a thing. The pools were amazing! And the hot tub! Beach service being included was a huge perk as we went back and forth from the beach to the pool everyday. The kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer were AMAZING. Now I want LG! They also had an assortment of kids beach toys on the balcony. Also had some books for the adults. The towels were very nice. The beds were comfy! We had a great week!

Very accommodating owner, nice condo

First and foremost, the owner is great. We had a request of two parking passes for our group and he made it happen with no issue. Secondly there was a very minor issue during our stay, and he resolved it within 5 minutes. He was accessible and friendly! The condo itself I feel could use some upgrading, specifically in the bathrooms. The cleanliness of the condo was ok. Not bad enough to warrant a full-blown complaint, but it definitely is in need of a good DEEP clean. The condo is impressively stocked with everything you could need, EXCEPT extra toilet paper but in the past that seems to be standard so I did bring some from home. Some of the extras they leave available for you is PLENTY of dish/laundry detergent, soap, dryer sheets, plastic cutlery, several trash bags, extra linens, and even small room fans in both bedrooms. Beach toys galore and several boogie boards and floats. I believe I also saw a couple extra beach chairs. All in all, I am happy with my stay and loved the owner and accommodations of the condo. We have stayed at Seychelles for many years. My only suggestion is to have a good deep clean perhaps monthly in addition to the cleaning after each guest.
