  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Leeward Tower

Condo was great but the personal beach access and parking was our favorite part because we didnt have to fight for a spot on the beach or a parking spot since it is not Tower 1,2, or 3 where it stays pretty crowded and you still get the Edgewater experience of the island pool, movies at night, Oceans Restaurant and Bar and the Edgie Store.
