Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower 1 - 2206

Let's begin with the bedding arrangements: King, Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa! This unit is located on the 22nd floor with gorgeous views from the balcony! The unit has been newly painted along with new decor!

Beach supplies that we provide our guests:
We provide beach bags, beach mats, beach umbrella, sand castle toys, floats, and more.
The condo is also well-stocked with supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing soap, detergent, garbage bags.

The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware sets and utensils.

Our very clean and refreshing Majestic Beach Resort 1 bedroom + 1 bunk room, 2 bath gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is beautifully furnished and decorated. The condo has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/Shower combo. It also has a king size bed and a 32 inch flat screen television. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, and a bathroom attached to it. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 43 inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 22nd floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.

Washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

Majestic Resort Amenities:
Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill (H2O). It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a movie theater, fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge) and tennis court. It is also within walking distance to lots different attractions and restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. Examples of nearby attractions are: Angelo's Steak Pit, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, miniature golf, and more.

Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Winter Getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for any cooking we wanted to do and a great location to many shops, restaurants and other amenities. We also were happy with the gym the Majestic provided. The view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful and we were treated one morning to a dolphin show from the balcony. We would absolutely love to stay in this condo again on our next visit to PCB.

Seabreeze Jazz Festival

The property was very comfortable. I didn’t need anything. There were so many extra items such as towels, paper products and beach equipment along with seasonings. It was fully stocked with pots and pans. Lance always responded to messages in a speedy manner. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Fall Getaway

First time stay at the Majestic Beach Resort. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and had a great time. We had one issue with the front door lock in which the owner responded quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the quick responses and felt that the owner cared about our stay and satisfaction. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area.

Short Getaway

We came into town over Thanksgiving to check out the local scenery. We were able to easily find and check into the property with no issues. The kids loved being able to watch the sea life in the water below, and enjoyed the indoor pool. Property manager was helpful and resolved the minor issues we had quickly.

The hosts were amazing and very prompt to answer any questions we had. Keypad access to the door was super convenient and no headache with checking in. And to add, the master bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! I have got to get one for myself! The best vacation ever!

A Slice of Heaven

I can genuinely say I do not have 1 complaint about this place!! Allie and Lance were absolutely amazing, communicative, and so kind with us with everything! The place was very clean, had extra supplies such as laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, PLENTY of towels as we are a family of five that made a huge difference compared to other places we’ve stayed. Beautiful view from the balcony!! beds were comfortable, showers were hot, just all around a perfect stay!!

The was a perfect condo to stay in while in PCB! It came with beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys so you didn't hVe to pack them. Lance and Allie were amazing to work with. The condo was clean and had amazing views.

Wonderful & Clean Condo at PCB

We stayed here during my daughter’s spring break. Allie was very friendly and quickly answered all my questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for the beach. The resort itself had multiple pools, hot tubs, fitness room, restaurant/bar, & Starbucks which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highlight of the week was watching a pod of dolphins from the 22nd floor - great view!
