Waterfront Condo on the Lagoon

WATERFRONT LAGOON CONDO in Panama City Beach , FL SLEEPS 5 , 2bed/1bath condo with loft has a large balcony to enjoy the beautiful views of Grand Lagoon and the community pool for guest use only .While sitting on our balcony you can enjoy the bay view perfectly . This cute 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) condo features spacious living room with large flat screen TV. The full-size kitchen has a wine cooler and a stackable washer and dryer. The main level also has the bedroom with king size bed, two closets (only one for use) and flat screen TV. The bathroom is on the main level and has a shower, toilet, and vanity. There is no tub. A spiral staircase takes you up to the loft which also has another flat screen TV and a King size bed.This condo can sleep 5,Treasure Cove is located on Thomas Drive right at the Grand Lagoon Bridge and across from the marina, seafood market, pontoon, jet ski, and charter boat rentals. Boat storage facilities are close by, and it is also walking distance to the beach and great restaurants such as Capt Andersons and J Michaels. St Andrews State Park is a half mile away. There is only two king size beds one downstairs and one upstairs in loft , the couch can be arranged to make another bed , No pets aloud and no smoking, no boat or trailer parking. You will get 2 parking passes they will be on counter inside to put on your vehicle mirror , and to be returned upon checkout, if fail to return it will be $40 replacement for each pass .

Condo was exactly as described. Excellent communication and check in. Loved the location. Enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. Watched dolphins in the lagoon. My grandson caught lots of fish from the dock and under the bridge that is very close to condo.

Beautiful place and amazing location!

Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lagoon. Several days we saw dolphins off the back porch and the kids fished and crabbed from the dock. Beds were comfy and checkin process was super simple! Plus the 11:00 checkout gave us the ability to sleep in a bit without feeling rushed. The kids loved the loft with the spiral staircase and there was plenty of space for our family. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The pool was nice as it’s not very busy so little ones can be free and have fun. They loved watching the boats come in and out as well.
