The floors were not swept, a lot of the room was still pretty dirty, most of the dishes were unwashed and in the dishwasher when we arrived, the door and some of the chairs are falling apart, and the AC unit is leaking in one of the rooms. Also, the room is stuck at 75 degrees the entire trip. Would not recommend.
