The studio has everything you need for 2 o3 persons. The balcony has plenty of space and good view to the pool. It is located in a central location near to local markets, restaurants and plazas by walking distance. The only cons is that the beach access provided to the Seacrest Beach does not have parking available and is 10 minutes by car. So, if you want to go to the beach, rent a bicycle.

Expect the bare minimum.

I found it very odd that guests were expected to bring extra/replacement cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Check out directions instructed to use dishwasher and dishwasher pods were available- however there is no dishwasher. There was also no extra linens for bedding and pillowcases were missing from some of the pillows on the bed. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning so there’s that. Expect the bare minimum.

This was such a great trip. Perfect little spot for a quick getaway. The walk to the beach was enjoyable and easy. There is tons of things to do all in walking distance. The room was cozy and clean, and booking was a breeze. 10/10 reccomend !!

Perfect, seamless stay for two! Ideal location

Stayed at the Inns at Seacrest for one week this July and had a wonderful experience. Below is our honest review on various aspects of the rental that might be helpful! This end unit was surprisingly spacious for a studio and well maintained. Great for the two of us on a couples get away. Three would be a crowd, two was perfect. The patio was large and looked onto 30A. Location was nestled between Alys and Seacrest. About a mile to Rosemary/Inlet. We rented bikes for the week and were able to walk/bike to pretty much anything we needed, outside of groceries which we used Instacart for. Beach chairs and umbrellas we rented along with bikes as the unit did not provide them but many local shops are reasonable in price. Seacrest beach access was about half a mile away. The private beach was busy, but again if you have only two people and don’t need to be front row, it was no problem. We were able to get close to water if we went in the morning, we went around 9am on Saturday and were second row. Not a problem but just noting it was a busy beach so do not expect secluded private beach, but it is beautiful water and is an easy half mile walk. The kitchenette has a toaster, pizza oven, microwave, griddle, coffee machine, keurig, and blender. Nice for some meals. Dishes all watched by hands but we didn’t mind. Only downfall is laundry was coin and getting coins was hard in the area. Found a roll at the Publix a couple miles away (which was a challenge with no car, only time I felt a car might be needed was trying to get groceries/publix otherwise just bikes/walking was perfect). Recommend bringing coins if you don’t want to hassle with it. Pool was quiet, large and nice for after the day at the beach. Lastly, Warren Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with. Great communication and clear instructions, provided timely responses to any questions we had leading up to or during the trip. Code for the door was given about a week out, it was honestly nice to have the keypad entry and not worry about keys. Overall, a perfect spot for two. Wouldn’t recommend more than two people but would highly recommend and book again for a couples get away! Great location, walkable/bikeable to anything, well equipped kitchenette and great communication.
