  • Venture Out Resort is a popular golf cart community located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach bordering St Andrews State Park. Bring your boat! Fun for the entire family without ever leaving the resort! Venture Out has it all including a fishing pier on the bay with fish cleaning station, private boat launch with boat slips, car/boat wash down area, two community pools (one beachfront, one overlooking the bay, both with restrooms), community grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, basketball, and much more! The resort has several bathhouses with spacious showers and self service laundry machines. These facilities are available for use in addition to having your own private bathrooms/laundry at the cottage. Ice is available for purchase at the main office. 24 hour onsite security. Dedicated private beach access directly across the street. Golf cart provided for easy resort navigation. Beach chair service is provided complimentary (March-October) which includes 2 padded chaise loungers with umbrella. Additional chairs may be rented directly from the beach vendor. During the off season you'll need to bring your beach supplies from home. Use the golf cart to tote all your beach supplies (just bring your cooler)!

    470 Marlin Drive is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that sleeps 6 (4 adults comfortably). Living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Unit comes with all bedding, linens, & bathing towels. Enjoy a private driveway and gas golf cart to quickly navigate to the beach or to the many great amenities within the resort. Watch the boats arrive at Pirates Cove Marina next door or swim with mermaids at Sisters of the Sea Restaurant. Expect to see wildlife at night walking throughout the resort. Deer and raccoons are known to visit regularly.

    The resort charges a $75 registration fee due upon arrival if not prepaid online. If you have more than 1 vehicle additional fees will apply. **golf cart is not street legal and solely intended for use inside resort only but includes crossing street to beach** Boat/trailer daily fees apply. Ask owner for detailed information.

It was a great place such easy beach access, a little disappointed the main pool was not heated, the smaller pool was heated. It advertised a heated pool, I assumed it would be the main pool. We had beach rental chairs included and that was fabulous. The little cottage was cute and just enough for our two week stay. Would stay there again.

Excellent Trio

Loved the property! First time ever to stay in Venture Out and I will definitely be back. Owner was great at responding to my questions. I highly recommend this property and if available when I go back I will probably stay there again. Very clean and comfy place to stay! 5 Stars!

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and neat. Everything was available that we needed. We loved the neighborhood and area. Golf cart was wonderful. Enjoyed using it to view the area. Beach was clean. Staff was polite and kind. Water is so clear you can see the ocean floor. Thank you so much. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the area and our new friends.

Great Location

The description and images were accurate. The golf cart was a great way to quickly hop over to the marina and to the beach; the kids loved it and wanted to ride it everywhere in the complex. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, so all we had to do was grab groceries. Loved having a washer and dryer, so we didn't need to pack a ton of clothes.

The property was great. I wish I had known about the additional fees, resort fee 75.00 and Boat fee 300,00. I did not know until a couple of days before we arrived. I was not expecting these additional fees.

Amazing beach/resort get away!

We came here for spring break with my two sons (12 and 9). The house is so clean and has everything that is needed! It was super close yo a heated pool and park. It was a short golf ride to a private beach and another private pool! Every day we would go to the beach and there were two chairs and an umbrella set up for us - it was heaven. Every question or request was answered timely by the owners. I would strong suggest renting this property if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay!

Nothing remotely close to a negative aspect of this property. Golf cart very convenient to ride to beach. Drive it across the street and park at pool or beach access. Highway has golf cart crossing so you aren’t sitting forever. Pool is clean and there’s one in the front and one in back. Dock is large with fishing available. Tight parking at property but doable. You truthfully can only fit one vehicle in each driveway. However, there is spill over parking lot in front. Ice vending on site. Pool in front has convenient area with snacks and drinks. You are about 30 mins from Pier Park but are right at the split where you can decide to drive down road next to beach or split across bridge and take major highway to PP. there was a couple nights where our neighbors were a bit loud, but that’s definitely that’s more so based on the guests. The houses are legit right beside each other. Inside was very clean. Basic cookware with a few towel sets. A few beach towels provided and beach toys. 2 laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent provided. A few days of toilet paper and 1 paper towel roll. Def will need to purchase more on your own if you stay a week with a family. Everything in working condition. Small fan provided. Every single house has a golf cart and so there’s lots of families driving around throughout the day and evening. Quiet time is at 10pm so it cuts down on noise. Every guest adhered to this seemed like. Would def stay here again!
