This stunning ground floor villa decorated in a cool coastal style and is truly stunning. The open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to watch the large screen tv with Roku HD Streaming, enjoy watching the pond, dining together, playing games at the dining table and making memories to last a lifetime! There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests and a matching love seat for plenty of seating. You'll love the calming coastal decor! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property!

Step out on to your private covered patio for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy watching the large pond right outside your villa. The patio has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the views and it will put you in the mood for vacation!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has all high end cabinetry and granite counter tops with plenty of light and modern black appliances. Your stack washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
