"Trifecta" Great Size for Family Vacation!
Trifecta by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, luxury linens from Peacock Alley, a private pool, fabulous game room and amazing beachfront views! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your best beach vacation.
As you walk in the front door, you'll notice your first set of bedrooms right away. On the right side of the hallway sits a large queen over king bunk bedroom and the bedroom located to the left side of the hallway features three sets of twin bunk beds (6 total beds). Each of these rooms have their own private full bathrooms as well. Also located on the first floor is the game room with stunning views of the beautiful Emerald Coastline as well as your very own private pool! The game room comes with a full sized pool table, three flat screen TVs, activity table, gathering area and a fully equipped kitchenette to accommodate everyone!
Heading up to the second floor (either by stairway or private elevator) you will find an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. With a fully equipped kitchen, large double refrigerator, two ovens, at-the-bar seating, two dining tables and a lovely open-air walkout balcony - THIS is going to be your ultimate hangout spot in the house. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms, one king and one twin over twin bunk bedroom each with their own private full bathrooms (there is a full washer and dryer set on this floor as well).
The third-floor (here's where the elevator comes in handy) features 4 more bedrooms; 2 kings (one with a beachfront view and one street view) and 2 bunk bedrooms (one queen over queen and one twin over queen) all with full private bathrooms. This floor also has another washer and dryer unit for your convenience.
The fourth floor has two additional bedrooms. The beachside king master suite is absolutely stunning with crystal clear views of the waves rolling into the shoreline, with your very own 4-chair seating area this is the perfect place to settle in with a warm cup of coffee for morning sunrise or a nice glass of wine to conclude your day watching the sunset. The other side of the fourth floor is a large room that includes two queen beds and two twin beds with a full private bathroom as well.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
This home features an indoor elevator for quick and convenient access between the first three floors. This is especially helpful for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Please note that the elevator does not reach the fourth floor.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! "Trifecta" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk shared with our other rental home, "Trifecta East", next door.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:
Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We spent a week at this house in the Summer of '25. There was plenty of space for 5 families to spread out with room to spare. The house was clean and the kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils you could need. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.
This property was so great and the management team was super communicative! Other than accidentally giving us the wrong code for check-in, everything else couldn’t have gone better! So spacious, so many bathrooms, and direct access to beach from the back porch!
Excellent Property -1 thing elevator only goes to 3rd floor
This was the most wonder place I think I have ever stayed, we had a family reunion with 23 people ranging from 3 - 94 years of age. There was so much room that we never felt crowded. Such a lovely time, views are AMAZING. You can watch the sunrise from bed in the 4th floor Master, only issue was elevator stopped on 3rd floor so anyone going to 4th floor needs to be in shape to do so. I didn't notice that in information but that might be my fault. So blessed to have stayed here and hope others make as many wonderful memories as we all did.

Only problem was the boardwalk to the beach. The steps on the walk are undefined and irregular. There is also no railing. I missed a step o this and fell off - no damage. My wife missed a step and fell resulting in a trip to the ER and stiches in her head. I would suggest you mark the steps on the boardwalk and add a railing.
We had an amazing time! A lot of my team had never seen the beach before, let alone stayed right on it. I travel many times a year and stay in various places, this was by far my best stay! The house was very clean, lots of utensils, bedding, pillows and towels. If I would make one suggestion would be offer beach towels that would be the only thing I would change which is very minor but would have been very helpful 😊
BEWARE OF OUTLAW RENTALS!!!! They are complete scam artists!!!!! We like many before us, didn’t get our deposit back. Not only that we were charged several hundred dollars for minor scratches that were obviously there prior.
Every thing was good. We had two three issue while stay. Whether was cold and windy. Pool was not getting hot. Also one room light was off. Bathroom fan turn on and light go off two time in three days. Over all house was good but price wise we can not enjoy pool. We paid 6k and have coupe issues. They try to fix but same thing bad again.
The house was absolutely perfect! The property was very nice and fit our 25 family members very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and made many happy memories!
Beautiful home but small improvements would have made our stay better. The sectional in the main family room is awful. It is very uncomfortable and feels like you are sitting on the floor. There is more seating in the home but this is where everyone congregates. The washing machines worked great but the dryers on both floors were awful. It took hours for clothing to dry unless you only dry two items at a time. It also would have been nice to have a little bit of dishwasher detergent on hand. This is something you don’t know you need until you need it. Maybe we over looked this but we did not realize that the house was located on a public beach. A lot of money to spend to have people set up a huge volleyball net right infront of our steps to the beach.
