Best condo ever!

We go to PCB every year and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. The condo is exactly like it looks. Beautiful! The AC was cold, the condo was very clean, the views are awesome. The free beach chair and umbrella service was easy and great. Everything about our stay was perfect and we will be coming back next year. Perfect perfect perfect! The condo was more than 5 stars!

Perfect In Every Way!

This condo is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you could need and right in the middle of everything. I did try to check in about 3 minutes before 4pm and my code did not work, after calling I realized that it must be 4p or after before the codes will work. They were very nice and didn't make me feel stupid for trying that. The condo is super clean and so much room! I would 100% book this condo again and again. Such a wonderful stay!

It was average

The place is in a great spot in Long Beach condominium’s. The communication between Kim’s condos and myself was excellent. Kim always was quick to answer any emails. Check in is at 4 pm which is late. Even 3 would be ok. We got there a little early at 3 PM. I emailed Kim to see if the unit was available and she said she would check if the cleaning people had left yet. She was quick to respond back to tell me that the cleaning people were still there and that she would let me know if they got done before 4. She never got back to me but we went to the condo at 4 pm and were able to use our code to get in. The cleaning lady saw me go in because she was downstairs watching and saw me turn right around and come back out and come downstairs. She stopped me and asked me if everything was OK. I said it was. She replied that they had been done about an hour. The condo was fairly clean. Towels were clean bed clothes were clean dishes were clean countertops were clean. After a few days I begin to notice just small things like lightbulbs out not replaced, dirt underneath sofas. The balcony was not clean.There were handles on the dressers in both rooms that were just hanging loose not screwed in and also in the bathroom. There were only a couple rolls of toilet paper. Just small things but noticeable. The 2 queen beds were very uncomfortable. There is work being done on tower 2, we were in tower 1. So there was some machinery and guys all around working on the building. Sitting on the beach you could hear the machinery and the workers. I understand that the hurricane did a lot of damage and that they need to do these things. When it came time to check out which is ridiculously early at 10 in the morning, we had a last-minute delay in taking my son and his family to the airport so my husband stayed behind while I ran them quickly to the airport but while we were gone the cleaning ladies came right at 10. My husband ask if they could wait 30 minutes for me to get back from the airport and they replied that this is our only condo to clean here today and we want to get it out of the way so No. They were very bothered by him asking them this and basically kicked him out. I think the condo owners need to pay more attention to the small things. But I guess it doesn’t matter.

Beautiful property and area

Perfect location. Very comfortable. Awesome decor. The remote in master only gets one channel and there was no ice. Also, we were unaware of the check out time - that should be written down somewhere. We planned to leave at 11 and the cleaning woman showed up and was quite rude. Had we known there was a 10am check out we would have checked out on time. We would recommend this condo. It was overall a great beach week in very nice accommodations. Response time was immediate which was great.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo was just as advertised with all our needs. Having the included chairs and umbrella saved us from having to tote too much to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too overcrowded. Perfect location near Pineapple Willies. Gated and guarded entrance gave us a good sense of security for our family. 2nd floor unit was great too. Took the stairs quite often but never really had to wait for the elevator if needed.

Amazing place!!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The condo is beautiful. We took our 3 kids, there was plenty of space the condo has a great layout, the terrace is huge so you can eat a meal or enjoy your morning coffee. There are 2 pools one is heated and one is not. Going in March the non heated pool was freezing but there were still kids swimming in it. The only think that could have been better was the towel situation. All properties we’ve stayed at before have beach/pool towels but this one did not. So just know that - we went across the street and bought some. We will definitely be back to this place!

Great condo

Have stayed at this property in the past in a nice one bedroom. It is a great location and close to many nice restaurants and attractions. Walmart and walgreens right across the street. Loved the layout of this 2 bedroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which made it ideal for our situation. The condo is well stocked and mostly pretty clean. Everything from booking to checkout was very simple. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was remodeled and in great shape. The entire place was clean and well stocked. We purchased food at the Wal-Mart across the street and had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was a favorite morning spot for the entire family. The parking lot had 24 hour security and was gated which made us feel great leaving our vehicles in the parking lot. Our stay was wonderful and we made great memories as a family.

Amazing views from a beautiful condo

We were amazed at the views when we walked into this unit. All glass on the gulf side from living area and both bedrooms! The large balcony allowed us to enjoy lounging and dining al fresco at the outdoor table. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our too-short stay. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

4th Vacation to PCB

This Condo and working with Kim could not have been better. The Condo was very clean and was exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO and we were able to get the unit about an hour early. We have stayed at the Long Beach Resort 3 other times, 2 times in Tower 3 and 1 time in Tower 4, so this was our first time in Tower 1 and this will be our last time, again nothing to do with the actual Condo itself or anything to do with Kim's Condo. Actually this is probably the best Condo unit we have stayed in, the problem with Tower 1 is you have a major overflow of people from Shores of Panama Condo ( Next Door ) to Tower 1, and the tenants of that condo would walk down and set tents up in front of the Tower 1 beach chairs. we actually just went down between Tower 2 & Tower 3 and put our chairs down and it was not crowed at all. The other issue is this unit was above the beach access and it was super noise all the time, and this unit is next to the trash shoot and you had people dropping trash and bottles all times of the night and it was noisy as well. We will stay at Long Beach Resort again and would like to work with Kim's condos again, but it will be in Tower 3 or 4. The pool was great not crowded at all for the time we were their. Cant wait to go back next year to Long Beach Resort for our 5th year vacation.

Loved the unit and layout.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. I feel very lucky I was able to rent this unit so close to our reservation dates. Hats off!!

Amazing Condo

Beautiful place with a beautiful view right on the water! Large windows across the back of the condo provide a great view and a big balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings! Highly recommend!

Beautiful View

Overall, this is a beautiful condo and perfect location. Located on the second floor, it was nice and quiet and met most of our needs. The only reason I give cleanliness a three star is because the dining chair cushions, the recliner, the throw pillows (inside and out) and the rugs should be cleaned, at least once a month if not every two weeks. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Enjoyable family trip in PCB

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.

My new go to location in Panama City

While this was not my initial booking, as I had stayed in Seacrest prior, an un expectant remodel changed my plans for the better. This location was so much better, I was worried as my mother has health issues, and getting the beach in Seacrest is no easy task, here it was 4 step and you were in the sand. However, the condo made the vacation. We were here during the cold snap, which has temperatures in the 20’s. Most outdoor activities were hard to do with the cold temperatures, and wind, even with the magnificent views and the sun warming the condo, through the large windows. We turned to the games the host provided for entertainment, and had some family time. Also the fully equipped kitchen was extremely nice on Christmas morning to cook breakfast for the family as very few places were open, however the convince of the Waffle House I’d needed was nice. We also picked up the new hobby of shelling, when we were able to get on the beach and walk. We are already planning our next trip in a few months and will hopefully be staying here again. Also the ability to change the code to a shorter code was a great thing as the other condo did not have that feature and having to remember 6 digit numbers is not fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. I loved the patio furniture, so comfy to sit on and enjoy the view. We didn't want to leave!

Great Location

We love staying in this area since we can walk to a lot of attractions. We also prefer parking lots over parking garages. The parking here was great! Elevators were also very timely which is a plus with small children. Quick access to the beach! The room was really nice especially the living room and master bathroom. The bedrooms are still a little dated but got the job done. The condo was extremely clean and I really appreciate that! The outside area / furniture was sooooo nice! Really enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again. - The Goostree's
