This unique ground-level vacation rental is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your trip to the beach, including a patio next to the pool and central air conditioning to cool off after days in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy cooking tasty meals together in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe and sit on the patio. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, outdoor shower, and more during their stay. Top of the Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of the Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.
Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(INCLUDING children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 Resort fee. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The resort accepts credit cards and cash (no debit cards)
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times while on the property for safety

Needs a lot…outdated
Excellent location but condo was not what we were expecting….not enough storage, not enough hangers, no hooks to hang towels etc. TV in terrible location…..won’t be staying here again…..

Basic Condo stay
The condo needed more essential items. Cooking utensils were super cheap or didn’t have what was needed to cook with. There were nats flying up from the kitchen sink.
The lock was hard to work. The door had to be pull to while trying to unlock the door.
We have stayed at this condo complex plenty of times and all of the other condos was way better then this one.
