During this time, the balcony may be temporarily unavailable, and building maintenance or security may require access to the unit to move or replace balcony furniture as needed.

This work is being performed by the building and is outside of the host’s control. Rates for this week have already been discounted to reflect this scheduled maintenance, and booking during these dates indicates acknowledgement of this temporary inconvenience.
