✹ No parties or loud music - occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Guests must pre-register for parking and property wristbands - link provided in check in message 5 days before arrival - 3 parking passes and 10 wristbands are included - the total cost is $67.41, but please note, upon check in, I will reimburse you for this expense!
✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
