7th floor!  Beachfront!!  Newly remodeled, this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo features new tile flooring, unique reflective ceilings, all-new furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, a new walk-in shower, and modern European-style decor. The private balcony offers a view of the dolphins while you sip your morning coffee and watch spectacular sunsets with your evening glass of wine. Nothing says “vacation” like the sandy white beaches of the Gulf.  Walk in, unpack, and relax! Enjoy your stay at our little piece of paradise!



What’s Nearby: Summit has many fantastic on-site amenities, including a fitness center, two pools, direct beach access, and a Tiki Bar that serves delicious food and beverages. It is also conveniently located just a short drive from Pier Park, which offers plenty of shopping, restaurants, and amusement park rides, and Gulf World, which offers the incredible experience of swimming and interacting with dolphins! Gorgeous unit

This unit is absolutely gorgeous. Views were amazing, great balcony furniture, unit had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the bedroom light and fan didn't work. We'd definitely stay again!
