This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

clean condo with beautiful view

it’s the 8th floor, which turned out to be way better for a view of the water than the 4th floor we stayed on last time. Room was beautiful, clean, the dishwasher actually cleaned. The tvs were set up with roku that had Netflix and Disney so the kids were happy. We’ll be back next year.

We had a great stay! Everything is shown as you find it. Everything you need is in the room, minus a few small things like scissors, and maybe another spatula for if you're cooking more than one thing. We made do, though! The ice maker doesn't work. That definitely would have been more convenient than ice trays. They do sell ice on the property if you want. The room was clean except the coffee maker was not when we arrived, and we had to move the loveseat because we dropped something..so that needs to be moved and cleaned underneath. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to a couple of restaurants and ice cream shops, and the property itself has lots to offer! If we return to PCB, we will definitely see if this room is available!

Good stay, but could have been better.

Overall our experience was pretty good. We enjoyed the condominium and it’s amenities (pools, hot tub, live music, tiki bar, food shack, and security). Because of this alone, we would stay at this resort again. In regard to our specific condo, the basics of our condo appeared and smelled clean when we walked in, however we did find a couple black hairs on the towels, not all of the dishes/pans were clean, there was mold on the bottom of the shower door and track, and one of the pillows in the living room had a very disgusting stain on it. Upon reaching out to management regarding the pillow, they simply said thanks for letting them know but did not apologize or show any sympathy. Moreover, upon realizing that the shower head was also broken and contacting management to fix it, they were once again quite short and did not show any urgency in fixing the only shower in our unit. All in all, we truly enjoyed the stay as a whole, however, I believe that by renting through the management company, our stay lacked that personal touch.

Its a beautiful resort but the pools are freezing they need heated and the beds are very hard
